Job Purpose
Institutional Research Data Architect designs systems for and manages complex data to support the data-driven decision-making functions of the institution. This position serves to support the Office of Institutional Research in providing a first-class reporting structure for national and state accountability reporting including IPEDS and SC CHE . The Office of Institutional Research serves a critical function for the College of Charleston in providing data to senior administrators, the College community, and external agencies.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, mathematics/statistics, engineering, management information science, data processing or related field and experience with Tableau, Cognos/Argos, SQL , and/or SAS is required. Experience with data mining, including techniques of data extraction, documentation, analysis, and reporting is required. Experience working in a higher education environment is preferred. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Required:
Experience with Tableau, Cognos/Argos, SQL , and/or SAS . Advanced SAS programming experience is preferred.
Working knowledge and practitioner of methods and techniques of data extraction, documentation, analysis, and reporting.
Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
Knowledge and understanding of the data and information that is important to an academic institution.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and to communicate effectively.
Must be able to work well under strict deadlines and have exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must understand the significance of maintaining data integrity and confidentially with student records; knowledge of and adherence to FERPA regulations.
Preferred:
Exceptional organizational skills and experience managing and documenting complex projects.
Knowledge of higher education information systems such as Ellucian Banner and related data systems and repositories such as Salesforce, IPEDS , US News, and CSRDE .
Additional Comments Regarding Position
Limited overnight travel may be required to attend professional development conferences and meetings. Scope Establish the strategic direction of a sub function or department/group. For this level of position, the total revenue will be less than $15M. The salary range for this position is $ 154,000 - $ 163,000 This job will be posted for a minimum of five business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded. Position Overview The U.S. Climate Alliance is a bipartisan coalition of governors securing America’s net-zero future by advancing state-led, high-impact climate action. The Alliance Secretariat helps its members accelerate climate action by providing a broad range of technical, analytical, policy, and capacity assistance and resources. The coalition has also built strong relationships with the federal administration to help create and implement an ambitious, durable national climate framework. The U.S. Climate Alliance seeks a Development Director to lead the Secretariat’s fundraising activities and secure the philanthropic resources needed to sustain and grow our work in support of our member governors. America Needs You - Illinois was launched in 2015. The Illinois program includes 12 Saturday workshops and several additional transfer support sessions and program events per year. This local site delivers professional development workshops to two classes, currently totaling 70 Fellows, with the goal to grow to 200 (ambitious, first-generation college students) and their Mentor Coaches (accomplished young professionals). The Illinois team works with National staff on curriculum design and development, provides holistic, career services support to Fellows and recruits a new class of Fellows and Mentor Coaches each year.
The Illinois Program Manager will work with the Illinois Executive Director and manage 1 Career Success Coordinator to ensure the successful implementation of the ANY-IL program and to help manage and cultivate stakeholder relationships. What You'll Be Doing in the role of Development Manager
The Development Manager serves as an integral member of a community-based fundraising team for Susan G. Komen. This position will play a key role in the implementation of a year-round fundraising program. The Development Manager will assist in reaching the local market revenue goals.
The key fundraising program and focus of the Development Manager will be the MORE THAN PINK Walk/Race for the Cure: the signature events for Susan G. Komen. This will include recruitment, retention and cultivation of corporate teams, top fundraisers, survivors / those living with metastatic disease, as well as executing the logistics of the event. This position will also be responsible for managing other revenue-generating activities for the market as decided but the market leadership.

LLPA is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to oversee the aquarium’s business performance. The SVP of Operations will be responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium. WNDU-TV is in need of a Front Office HR/Business Assistant. The responsibilities for the Front Office HR/Business Assistant may vary by station but the list below covers some of the major job duties. Front Office HR/Business Assistant reports directly to the General Manger and is responsible for coordinating all HR and Administrative matters of the station as defined below. Maintain Station Contracts. Review employment contracts and process on a timely in Gray payroll all necessary paperwork. You will be the primary contact for internal stakeholders and play an important coordination role. Employed by the World Resources Institute (WRI), you will be based at the offices of the Global Environment Facility (GEF) in Washington, DC. The HAC Secretariat is co-hosted by WRI and the GEF. You will report to the Secretariat Director.
What you will do: Administrative support (40%)
Manage all travel bookings including securing travel visas and advising on travel immunizations as needed
Prepare and monitor expense reports and timesheets
Help organize meetings, including supporting creation of agendas
Undertake special projects in consultation with the Director
Operations (30%)
Maintain email lists and manage software accounts (Salesforce, Slack, Monday, etc.)
Ensure content is up to date on the initiative’s wiki site and intranet page
Support other operations activities when staff are backlogged by processing sub-agreement requests, payment requests, invoices, etc.
Serve as a trusted ‘go-to’ person for advice on internal processes
Meeting and event coordination (30%)
Help organize meetings and events
Ensure smooth execution of HAC-related events through planning, logistics, outreach and preparation of background material
Provide technical, AV support for both in-person and online meetings
Participate in meetings by recording decisions and next steps, distributing notes to participants, and following up to ensure next steps are taken.
What you will need:
Education: You have completed a bachelor’s degree
Experience:
You have 3+ year’s relevant experience in an Executive Assistant position or in administrative support
You have experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and web-based communications (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
You have experience working with internationally dispersed teams
You have experience providing administrative support, including scheduling and facilitating meetings
Languages: you are proficient in written and spoken English. Additional language skills in French or Spanish are desirable.
