Health Supervisor General Duties: The Health Supervisor is responsible for the oversight, implementation, and management of health services at Tomahawk Ranch, a Girl Scouts of Colorado (GSCO) camp property. This position is responsible for providing daily, on-call, and weekly health services for all persons, working in tandem with the wellness supervisor to provide mental, emotional, and social health at camp. Additionally, this role supports the property, hospitality, operational, program, & cabin leadership team as needed as part of the Tomahawk Ranch team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General Responsibilities
Participate as an active member of the camp staff team within all aspects of camp program.
Work with assistant health supervisor, wellness supervisor, executive camp director, GSCO health supervisor, and camp directors to provide health care for all persons within camp program.
Work under the technical supervision of a licensed physician who is on-call to provide health advice, support, and services.

Photographer General Duties: The Photographer is responsible for documenting the camp experience and managing the summer social media at Tomahawk Ranch, a Girl Scouts of Colorado (GSCO) camp property. Implement the strategic plan for photography, videography, and social media during the summer season.

Photographer General Duties: The Photographer is responsible for documenting the camp experience and managing the summer social media at Tomahawk Ranch, a Girl Scouts of Colorado (GSCO) camp property. This position is responsible for supporting and collaborating with the Assistant Photographer. Additionally, this role supports the property, hospitality, operational, program, health, & cabin leadership team as needed as part of the Tomahawk Ranch team. General Responsibilities
Implement the strategic plan for photography, videography, and social media during the summer season.
Capture quality pictures and videos for summer documentation and year-round marketing usage.
Edit photos and videos to acquire and optimize images for digital promotion.
Create, analyze, and publish content for the camp's and GSCO's social media and marketing platforms.
Work closely with the operational director obtaining approval prior to publishing.
Review camper photograph release forms, managing permissions.
Provide care & management of photography and videography equipment, including storage, maintenance, and usage in coordination with Assistant Photographer.
Provide and/or support emergency procedures during on-site and off-site trip incidents.
Provide and/or support health and wellness practices.
Provide support as necessary to all operational, program, cabin leadership, and health staff.

Support & counsel campers in daily living, camp activities, and developing peer relationships.

Assistant Photographer General Duties: The Assistant Photographer assists in documenting and editing the camp experience and posting on social media at Tomahawk Ranch, a Girl Scouts of Colorado (GSCO) camp property. This position works in collaboration with the Photographer. Additionally, this role supports the property, hospitality, operational, program, health, & cabin leadership team as needed as part of the Tomahawk Ranch team. Support & counsel campers in daily living, camp activities, and developing peer relationships.

Manage administrative responsibilities in a timely, independent, and detail-oriented manner.
Work on the development, review, and assist in the creation of daily, weekly, and activity schedules, in cooperation with other staff, based on camp program, camper planning, and camp goals.
Provide & participate in camper and staff feedback forms as necessary for the overall camp's strategic planning.
Participate in regular staff meetings and training for planning purposes, communication resolutions, and carrying out assignments.
Coordinate and communicate schedules to campers & staff as necessary.
Carry out ongoing observations to assure that goals and expectations of leadership & program delivery are positive and appropriate.
Interact with digital systems including WorkBright, Slack, Instagram, & Facebook.
Respect the confidential nature of all information pertaining to staff, volunteers, and campers.

Assistant Health Supervisor General Duties: The Assistant Health Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the health services at Tomahawk Ranch, a Girl Scouts of Colorado (GSCO) camp property. This position, in conjunction with health supervisor, provides daily, on-call, and weekly health services for all persons, working in tandem with the wellness supervisor to provide mental, emotional, and social health at camp. Additionally, this role supports the property, hospitality, operational, program, & cabin leadership team as needed as part of the Tomahawk Ranch team. A primary function of this, and every other job at the Tomahawk Ranch, is to ensure that each member, guest and visitor receives the highest caliber of service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General Responsibilities
Participate as an active member of the camp staff team within all aspects of camp program.
Work under the direction of the health supervisor, wellness supervisor, executive camp director, GSCO health supervisor, and camp directors to provide health care for all persons within camp program.
Work under the technical supervision of the health supervisor and a licensed physician who is on-call to provide health advice, support, and services.
Work within the communicable disease plan to ensure safe and healthy practices and measures are taken to help mitigate the spread of illness.
Assist in the weekly and daily health screening procedures and results of all persons.
Prepare and consistently maintain camp-wide first-aid kits. Provide supplies and gear for staff 'self-carry' first aid kits.
Participate in the communication and advice given to staff on accommodations to provide for special medical/health/wellness considerations.
Maintain constant and professional communication with caregivers regarding the health care and services provided to campers.
Provide support in the routine and emergency health procedures in consultation with the health supervisor and executive camp director and in keeping with established guidelines.
Provide a comfortable, soothing, and caring health care environment and space for all persons.
Assist in the cleanliness, organization, care, maintenance, and inventory of the health center & medication delivery room.
Assist in the housekeeping and laundry of the health center, including biohazard laundry.
Provide communication to health supervisor for health/medical supply and equipment requisitions.
Camper Leadership & Supervision
When directed, act 'in loco parentis' regarding the health services for all campers in overnight camp sessions.
Assure campers receive quality health care and medications as directed.
Support & counsel campers in daily living, camp activities, and developing peer relationships.
Staff Leadership & Supervision
Assist in initial and ongoing health/medical training for the purposes of staff continued education.
Provide support for the evaluating staff on the camp-wide health procedures & practices.
Provide health/first aid according to procedures.
Verify staff competence before assigning them health care/first aid care role. Follow up on treatment given. Monitor staff performance throughout the season.

What is a Program and Events Specialist?

What You Need to Know: As a Warehouse Inventory Assistant, you will receive and process department orders to ensure the collection of blood supplies, from a central warehouse location. Store and stack materials to prescribed methods. Fulfill daily customer orders, prepare transportation documents, deliver materials and supplies to end user and/or departments Operate Power Industrial Trucks (PIT) such as electric pallet jacks and various forklift equipment. May assist with systemwide electronic computer inventory management system data entry, reporting functions, and with electronic inventory reconciliation process. Work with ordering department to assist in the ordering process Cycle count supplies as needed. Work with our Humanitarian partners to assist with disaster supplies when needed. Other duties as needed Standard Schedule : Monday - Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM Pay Information : $20.00 per hour WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience is r equired . Experience in a regulated environment r equired . Related experience includes knowledge of general office procedures and practices. Valid driver's license and clean DMV record may be required . May also be required to be certified in fork lift operation. Basic reading, writing, communication, math and computer skills required . Ability to work on a team. * Combination of candidate’s education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description’s minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted) Physical Requirements : Requires standing, stretching, stooping and bending for extended time periods . Lift, pull, push and move objects of up to 50 pounds . May work in walk-in refrigerator/freezers for periods of time .
