The enrollment specialist (ES) is responsible for the recruitment and enrollment, and ensuring children and families integrate into the Hope House Colorado Early Learning Center (ELC). The ES is responsible for the tracking of the on-site Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP). This position will manage all children's health statuses and files to ensure licensure compliance. The ES will work closely with the operations & finance team around ELC parent tuition and ELC finance processes. Looking to hire in July for an August 19th first day of school.
What you will be doing:

Coordinate family resources, engagement and learning opportunities at the ELC; and ensure quality as outlined in Colorado Shines
Maintain each student file and ensure that health records are up-to-date
Work with business manager to ensure county CCCAP financial agreements are kept up to date
Ensure all children are signed in and out in Early Learning Ventures each day, track late arrivals/early pickups, ensure parents enter any missed punches within 48 hours
Responsible for maintaining compliance with CACFP administrative requirements
Work with kitchen manager to maintain compliance with CACFP
Collect, maintain and ensure accuracy of weekly ROMS from classroom teachers and weekly/monthly menus from kitchen manager

The Job
We are seeking an Individual Giving Manager with 3-5 years of experience in a smiliar role to take the lead on defining and executing the Tor Project's strategic approach to acquisition, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of Tor donors who give less than $1,000 annually. This role reports to the Director of Fundraising and collaborates with the Fundraising Coordinator.
The Tor Project's approach to fundraising doesn't use privacy-invading tactics. We don't track whether or not donors have clicked on an email, a link, or a button; we don't buy or sell donor lists; we don't use invasive wealth assessment tools; and we aim to minimize the amount of information we collect during the donation process. The Individual Giving Manager must be able to prioritize donor privacy when conducting their duties and responsibilities.
Duties & responsibilities
Take ownership of the Tor Project's annual and monthly giving strategies with the primary goal of increasing small-dollar donor retention
Design and implement structures, processes, and policies required to execute these strategies
Create and maintain high-quality documentation about these structures, processes, and policies
Optimize Tor's open source, privacy-first CRM (CiviCRM) to build donor engagement using thoughtful automation and drip messaging
Collaborate with cross-team stakeholders to design and execute time-bound campaigns, including Tor's annual year-end fundraising campaign

Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelor’s-level degree in public administration, business, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field, Master’s preferred .
Minimum of five years of professional experience in financial management of international development projects .
Experience working on federal grants administration desirable.
Experience with information systems or proven ability to learn new systems quickly; strong computer skills in word processing and spreadsheet programs (Microsoft Excel required).
Exemplary interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with culturally diverse staff across departments and countries under shifting and demanding timelines .

Oversees the staff in student life to continue to develop club and organization advising structures, and works to expand those structures to the Student Formation Division.
Supports the Associate Dean of Student Life in maintaining and developing a robust and effective fraternity and sorority life program and cultivate social traditions, student activities, and student engagement across the collegiate community.

Facilitate problem resolution, offer performance improvement counsel and implementation of performance improvement plans. • Identify new opportunities where HR can add value to the Firm. • Assist the Managing Director of HR in aligning HR strategy with business strategy for Firm. • Manage and conduct the annual performance evaluation process for all support services staff. • Recommend changes to staff compensation based on performance levels and sound market data. • Plan, implement and administer an effective staffing and recruiting program. Oversee company recognition programs: birthdays, milestones, and shout outs. Identify ways to enhance the employee recognition program and provide recommendations to the HR Generalist.
Run monthly compliance reports: Physicals, Flu Shot, Professional License, TB Screening, Tdap, NPDB, CPR, Auto Insurance, Core Competency, Driver’s License, and right to work.
First point of contact for compliance documents and follow up with employees as needed to maintain compliance.
Upload documents to Paycom.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Assist in notifying employees of changes in status.
This includes creating offer letters, badges, changing pay grades and updating job codes in Paycom as needed, collecting signed job descriptions, and notifying IT and Support Services of changes.
Update the organization chart:
new hires, transfers, and title changes on a weekly basis

Act as back up for new hire onboarding.
Act as back up for intern orientation.

Position:
Generation Hope seeks a Director of Human Resources & Administration who will serve as the head of Human Resources and a key member of the Leadership Team. They will be responsible for establishing and leading initiatives, systems, and best practices to recruit, develop, and retain a diverse and high-performing workforce with the goal of encouraging innovation, learning, and cross-cultural collaboration. Position: Aquarium Educator, Part-time
Reports to: Education Assistant Manager
Position Summary:
The Aquarium Educator’s role is critical to delivering our mission at the Aquarium and throughout Utah. While at the Aquarium, an Educator’s primary responsibility is to enhance the guest experience with high quality interpretive experiences throughout our galleries and education spaces. Educators will interact with Loveland Living Planet Aquarium (LLPA) visitors of all ages and backgrounds to provide inspiring personal engagements and activities or more formal presentations, demonstrations and learning stations. Educators also deliver science education programs to Pre-K – high school students throughout the state and perform a variety of programs both on-grounds at the Aquarium and offsite as assigned.
Educators report directly to Education Assistant Managers. Educators collaborate with assistant managers, managers, and their peer educators to improve interpretation skills and techniques. Educators are required to provide a variety of learning and engagement opportunities for Aquarium guests to enhance their visit.
Education and experience :
Associate’s degree, or two years of completed college credits towards a degree in biology, zoology, marine science, environmental science, education, or a related field is required
Bachelor's degree in biology, zoology, marine science, environmental science, education, or a related field is preferred
Experience interacting with children, small groups and/or large audiences, and the ability to adapt programs to audience age level and size is required
Experience working in a similar guest-related industry such as hospitality, performing arts, teaching, or zoo/aquarium and museum interpretation preferred

With support from the Digital Mobilization Manager, oversee five critical action-driving mechanisms that underpin our mobilization efforts, in alignment with team and organizational goals:
Coordinate, build, and maintain sign up forms (including advocacies, petitions, action pledges, etc.) for our core programs and projects.
Coordinate and maintain several automation series that fuel ongoing campaign engagement, as well as building new series that accompany the creation of new sign up forms.
Coordinate, build, and maintain digital actions through THL’s internal, action-driving, web-based applications which seamlessly plug THL supporters into our campaigns work.
Use web-based tools to coordinate, build, and maintain digital actions for the Open Wing Alliance (OWA) that can be distributed throughout the global OWA member organization network, and serve as a support to the OWA for routine digital mobilization needs.
Manage a successful SMS program, ensuring that we maximize the potential of our broadcast SMS in support of rapport-building and mobilization efforts (in partnership with Campaigns, Development, and Organizing).
Using Every Action, Google Analytics, and internal reporting databases—report back insights and optimization recommendations to stakeholders across teams to help improve supporter engagement.
Ideate ways to leverage our digital tactics to help drive supporters to ever-higher levels of sustainable engagement, tailored to their behavior and interests.

As the Digital Mobilization Specialist (DMS), you will be instrumental in nurturing our audience of supporters and inspiring them to take action for animals. You will oversee and execute many of our digital mobilization tactics spanning across email, SMS, sign up forms, and internal web applications.
