The AM is responsible for managing the portfolio review process, tracking and sharing progress towards development goals, preparing donor research summaries and briefings, and ensuring accuracy of database records. Responsibilities :
Manage a quarterly portfolio review process for the Major Gifts team, with input from the Director of Prospect Research and Portfolio Management (DPRPM). Collaborate with Major Gifts stakeholders to track and strategize around donor engagement, outreach, projections and money in, and meeting financial and visit goals.
Provide reports and visualizations to the team to show individual and overall portfolio landscapes and progress.
Manage, track, and execute portfolio clean up projects that result in portfolios which are aligned with team wide fundraising goals.
Use research tools to analyze individual wealth indicators, including gifts to others, salary, stock, real estate, and other assets, to determine overall financial capacity and interest in our work.
Produce coherent, well-written, thorough and accurate briefing documents summarizing research conclusions for LCV’s President, Executive staff, and the Major Gifts team prior to donor contact such as meetings and events.
Contribute to organizational and department efforts to infuse racial justice and equity into all aspects of our work, including our fundraising, data management and collection, and prospect research. Proactively identify ways to highlight the organization’s racial justice commitment to key internal stakeholders within the fundraising team.
Develop and maintain a familiarity with LCV’s existing top donors and prospective donors.
Manage updates to individual donor records, portfolios, and prospect assignments within the CRM database.
Work closely with the Development Data and Operations team to manage and execute the policies and procedures around prospect pipeline management and activity.
Participate in ongoing professional development activities to maintain and enhance skills and abilities and stay abreast of current prospect management trends and research techniques.
Travel up to 10% of the time for staff and department retreats, trainings, and conferences, as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Work Experience: Required – Must have at least 3 years of work experience in prospect research and portfolio management with a nonprofit or campaign. Strong experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, or DonorPerfect. Experience with online research tools such as LexisNexis, iWave, DonorSearch, ResearchPoint, FoundationSearch, or others. Familiarity with the basic tenets of fundraising. Experience working with Major Gift Officers and/or executive leaders. Preferred – CRM database administrator experience with a product, such as Salesforce. Experience with Salesforce reporting and/or advanced Excel including understanding of dependent formulas, pivot tables, and other complex spreadsheet functions. Experience with project management software such as Wrike or Asana. Experience working with projections, budgets, and forecasting. Project Management experience.

What is a Community Connections Director?
The Community Connections Director develops and oversees the delivery of community engagement and alternative program delivery models intended to engage diverse and underrepresented communities. This position serves as a champion for and key contributor to driving membership-focused diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. The Community Connections Director supervises a team of Program Specialists who directly facilitate community-based programs and execute innovative programs to support member engagement. Community Development and Engagement
With the support of the Chief Membership & Program Officer, create an annual needs-based, data-driven comprehensive outreach and recruitment plan with measurable goals.
Design, develop, and implement innovative programs and delivery models to reach underrepresented populations.
Provide leadership and supervision to a team of Program Specialists in the delivery of community-based programs and alternative program delivery models. Supervisory responsibilities include hiring, coaching, development, and performance management functions.
Create community awareness and Girl Scout visibility through community involvement and engagement (i.e. youth coalitions, local partnerships and events geared towards underrepresented communities). Cultivate relationships with relevant community leaders, organizations, and businesses.

Provides strategic oversight and champions efforts related to membership DEI goals.
Assesses organizational membership initiatives and makes actionable recommendations for improvement and areas of growth in DEI.

What is a Community Connections Director?
The Community Connections Director develops and oversees the delivery of community engagement and alternative program delivery models intended to engage diverse and underrepresented communities. Our Director, Corporate and Foundation Partnerships will play an important role building external partnerships that position Making Waves to increase college and career opportunities and outcomes for underrepresented students in the Bay Area. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you will be responsible for 1) leading the year-to-year strategy and execution of corporate partnerships, 2) managing a portfolio of institutional funders, 3) retaining, upgrading, and diversifying our base of corporate and foundation partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Director, Corporate and Foundation Partnerships’ primary responsibilities include:
Corporate Partnerships Strategy and Execution
Craft and execute an overall annual and long-term vision for Corporate partnerships, including strategies and campaigns for retaining and upgrading current donors, securing new donor investments, and strengthening pathways for Making Waves Academy and college students to pursue postsecondary opportunities
Conduct regular analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to inform ongoing priorities and adjust course where needed in order to ultimately meet ambitious annual goals aligned with organization OKRs and strategic plan
Funder Cultivation and Stewardship
Source, cultivate, and steward a portfolio of high-capacity corporations and foundations by developing and executing tailored cultivation and engagement plans
Develop and maintain fluency in Making Waves Education Foundation and Making Waves Academy programs and operations
Strategically leverage the CEO, Chief Development Officer, board members, and other senior leaders to steward and engage donors, including preparing these individuals for successful funder interactions
Compose tailored grant narratives, pitches, and employee engagement opportunities for high-stakes corporate and foundation donors, including reports, proposals, and donor correspondence
Collaborate with Making Waves Academy team to cultivate/steward current and prospective corporate and foundation funders

Our Director, Corporate and Foundation Partnerships will play an important role building external partnerships that position Making Waves to increase college and career opportunities and outcomes for underrepresented students in the Bay Area. RESPONSIBILITIES
The Director, Corporate and Foundation Partnerships’ primary responsibilities include:
Corporate Partnerships Strategy and Execution
Craft and execute an overall annual and long-term vision for Corporate partnerships, including strategies and campaigns for retaining and upgrading current donors, securing new donor investments, and strengthening pathways for Making Waves Academy and college students to pursue postsecondary opportunities

Funder Cultivation and Stewardship

Strategically leverage the CEO, Chief Development Officer, board members, and other senior leaders to steward and engage donors, including preparing these individuals for successful funder interactions

Collaborate with Making Waves Academy team to cultivate/steward current and prospective corporate and foundation funders

A critical strategy to reduce emissions in Colorado is electrifying the transportation sector - cars, trucks, buses, and bicycles. Colorado has the fifth highest market share for electric vehicles (EVs) in the country, but we have a long way to go to reach our goal of 940,000 EVs on the road by 2030. We do this by providing direct funding for the installation of charging stations across Colorado, supporting incentives to purchase an EV, and providing education and technical support to consumers and vehicle fleets on the environmental and financial benefits of EVs. In addition, we incentivize other forms of electric mobility including electric bicycles (e-bikes) through multiple programs.

In support of this, the Disaster Program Manager must be prepared to assist in the mobilization and support of local resources (volunteers, equipment, and supplies), as well as potential deployment themselves to serve in a leadership capacity on a relief operation outside of their area of responsibility. NextGen America is seeking passionate and hardworking candidates to join our youth organizing program in Pennsylvania, working to engage young people in electoral politics by registering thousands of young people to vote across the state. Engage with the Fellow community, including organizing occasional in-person and virtual events focused on educational engagement, sending reminders and notes, supporting logistics, and tracking attendance for reporting.

The ADVOCACY DIRECTOR will engage with local, state and federal partners to advance coastal restoration. The Advocacy Director will report directly to the Executive Director and will operate as a senior strategic leader in the pursuit of CRCL’s mission. They will work closely with coalition partners at Restore the Mississippi River Delta on a coordinated effort to advance large-scale ecosystem restoration. The ADVOCACY DIRECTOR will engage with local, state and federal partners to advance coastal restoration. Responsibilities

Manage strategic coalitions and relationships with industry, regulators, policymakers, legislators, legislative staff, opinion leaders, community groups and other environment NGOs.
Collaborate with Restore the Mississippi River Delta (MRD) coalition partners: National Audubon Society, Environmental Defense Fund, National Wildlife Federation and Pontchartrain Conservancy.
Represent CRCL at public meetings, press conferences and outreach events.
Serve as lead liaison to CRCL’s Board of Directors Policy Committee.
Plan and mobilize the engagement of the Board of Directors, Coastal Advisory Council, community partners, volunteers and other coastal wetlands voices in support of restoration projects and policies.
Write public comments on behalf of CRCL and the MRD on important policy and permit decisions.
Plan and lead Coastal Issues Forum series to engage political candidates on coastal and water management issues.
Manage one or more staff positions focused on advocacy and outreach.
Collaborate with the CRCL communications team to communicate relevant information and recommendations to technical and nontechnical audiences through media interviews, press releases, blogs, presentations and action alerts.

NextGen America is seeking passionate and hardworking candidates to join our youth organizing program in Arizona, working to engage young people in electoral politics by registering thousands of young people to vote across the state. NextGen is committed to engaging young people in Arizona in the political process and increasing participation among 18-35 year olds. This role will be focused on organizing in one of several regions in Arizona as part of this ambitious effort.
The primary work location for this role will be Arizona State University. This is an in-person position and you will be required to work on your primary campus according to the schedule laid out below.
In Arizona, this effort will focus on organizing young people on campuses and the surrounding communities to bring progressive change to government through voting. Our work will engage young people in voter registration efforts, volunteer recruitment, and pledging young people to vote. Organizers need to be comfortable and confident in: mobilizing their own community, growing their network to include new volunteers to train, and motivating community leaders to help register and mobilize their own networks. Organizers are directly responsible for managing a team of volunteers in their region to hit weekly and phase metric goals.
This role reports to the Regional Organizing Director.

WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE:
Hit defined field goals, including voter registration, traditional grassroots voter contact, digital outreach, and event planning and turnout
Meet all data and field reporting deadlines
In-person organizing, including voter and community engagement at businesses, campuses and NextGen-sponsored events
Work with college administrations to increase civic participation and voter registration within the campus community
Implement a digital-forward organizing program that includes social media, direct outreach online, phone banking, text banking and creative tactics to reach voters where they are
Develop NextGen student clubs on campuses and work with student leaders to run these clubs and host events on campus and online
Develop relationships and partnerships with local community and student groups
Plan and host events within the community, on campus, and virtually
Recruit and train a local volunteer team that will organize their networks around voter registration drives and get out the vote efforts
Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY:
This role has a structured schedule as defined in the collective bargaining agreement between represented field staff and NextGen. As with most jobs in field organizing, the schedule for this role will fluctuate based on the time of year. This position is a full time exempt position and the hours here are general expectations for what the time requirement will be to effectively complete your responsibilities. Applicants must have the willingness and ability to work the following schedule:
A work schedule consisting of approximately 8-10 hours per day, 5 days per week
General availability to work weekends and irregular hours
A high capacity work schedule during designated events (For example: campus welcome weeks, the weeks leading up to voter registration deadlines) consisting of approximately 10-12 hours per day, 6 days per week
A work schedule consisting of up to 12 hours per day, 7 days per week for the 14 days leading up to the General Election (on even years only)
