The FHLB – Office of Finance, is seeking a seeking a highly-motivated individual to join the Risk Management team as a Risk Analyst. The Risk Analyst works under the direction and supervision of the Manager of Business Continuity and Information Technology (IT) Risk to help maintain and support an effective enterprise risk management (ERM) program across the organization. In fulfilling this effort, the Risk Analyst works collaboratively and cooperatively with all business units and the Internal Audit function. The Risk Analyst provides support for divisional responsibilities including operational risk, business continuity, vendor management, and other relevant risk management areas as needed.
Major Responsibilities include:
Qualified candidates will offer a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance and 2-5 years of relevant professional work experience with risk and/or analytical experience. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of operational and/or regulatory subject areas. Demonstrated Business Continuity knowledge and/or experience is desirable. The successful candidate will have software proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Visio.
