Job Description

PeopleTec, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Principle Investigator/Analyst (DoD Systems/Programs) to support our Huntsville, AL location.

Position encompasses the full range of program/project office management support. Senior experience level, direct support to SES/Flag Officer government customer equivalent for emerging DoD technology programs.  Manages daily and long-term suspense items. Arranges meetings and coordinates all logistics and preparatory materials. Develops and edits program briefings and correspondence to include white papers, speaker notes, and other program related materials. Assist in developing and coordinating long range schedules. Provide completed documentation in a timely manner and accurately to meet customer requirements. Provide recommendations and support for Program Management Review (PMRs), Financial Management Reviews (FMRs), Monthly Status Reviews (MSRs) and briefings. Routes correspondence requiring action by subordinates; establishes suspense's, follows up to ensure responses are complete, accurate and on time. Screens all correspondence for clarity, completeness, and grammatical correctness IAW office policy and procedures.  Must be work independently and anticipate requirements while functioning in a high tempo environment. Must be able to adapt rapidly to changing requirements.


Required Skills/Experience:

  • 15-25+ years direct related experience in supporting senior level executive DoD staff in a Command, Program Executive Office (PEO), Program, or Project Office. Number of years experience will be evaluated based the advanced, senior level, direct related experience proven in resume's work experience, specialized training, education, and references.
  • Ability to work independently, on-site at government facility and within political constraints.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage efforts of others within a team focusing on product results and schedule deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task and complete assignments on schedule.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • A Secret clearance is required to perform this work.  Candidates are required to have an active clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this clearance level during their employment.


Educational Requirements:

A completed Bachelor's Degree in engineering, science, or other relevant field is required. Relevant experience means experience directly traceable to Performance Work Statement requirements. A Master's degree may be substituted for two (2) years' experience.


Desired Skills:

Previous military experience and DoD Acquisition career training/courses is preferred.
