Job Description

Bank of America is seeking to hire Client Service Representatives for our Brea, CA contact center.  Join us for an Interview Event on Tuesday, August 22, 2017, 9:00am – 1:00pm PST. 


  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with customers.
  • At least 1 year of experience handling difficult situations with customers.
  • Intermediate proficiency (1-3 years of experience) in written (including grammar and spelling) and verbal communications
  • Are fluent (reading, writing, speaking) in English & Spanish (Requirement for Bilingual Roles)
