Job Description


Based in Northern, VA, Axiologic Solutions LLC has opportunities for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking an Mission Customer Liaison to support the DIA CIO to enhance its mission application capabilities through innovative technologies, tools, and services. The candidate must have excellent written and oral communications. The candidate must be able to think critically, creatively and strategically, have excellent judgment and the ability to effectively interface with multiple audiences.


  • Develop and deliver functional and technical software test plans and procedures.
  • Provide customer liaison support for DIA CIO efforts to rapidly identify, assess, and recommend new mission-enhancing capabilities.
  • Support the identification of all customer stakeholders that should be involved, or impacted, by new technology capabilities.
  • Support the development of materials to assist in educating DIA stakeholders on new analytic tools and capabilities.
  • Support collaboration with stakeholders to develop a transition plan for migration/adoption of new analytic tools.
  • Identify and provide recommendations for issues with stakeholder adoption of new tools.
  • Identify and implement strategies to market and communicate new analytic tools.
  • Exhibits outgoing and dynamic personality to foster relationships throughout DIA mission customers to promulgate new tools and capabilities by using a variety of oral, print and digital communication mechanisms.
  • Collects pertinent information from stakeholders to de-conflict, reconcile, disseminate, and inform the capability assessment team.
  • Collaborate and coordinate across DIA mission divisions
  • Identifies potential barriers to effective transition and develops mitigation plan(s).
  • Conducts and oversees outreach activities to DIA mission customers, representing the capability assessment team.
  • Collects information from stakeholders to inform, determine, and improve communication and the understanding of mission stakeholder requirements.
  • Establishes regular forums and other methods of enabling continuing stakeholder engagement.
  • Support and participate in delivering new capability presentations (i.e. roadshows, working groups, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting, and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.


  • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
  • At least 7 or more years of specialized experience in communications, requirements and solution identification to complex DoD and IC mission challenges.
  • At least 10 years of general DoD and/or IC experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent training and/or experience.
  • Knowledge of communication and marketing processes, practices, methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong computer skills with high-level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills.
