PeopleTec, Inc. is seeking a Change Management and Communications Lead to support our Indianapolis, IN operations.
The Change Management and Communications Lead will support the development and execution of strategic communications and change management plans. The Change Management and Communication Lead will provide content development for communications materials and periodic written publications. This individual will edit communications documents and brief authors. This individual will also maintain the content of the project SharePoint site.
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience working with subject matter experts (SMEs) to complete tasked deliverables. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to translate highly technical ideas and concepts into user-friendly language. This position requires exceptional interpersonal, team-building and collaboration skills.
A completed undergraduate degree in communications, public relations, marketing or related field is required.
