Job Description

PeopleTec, Inc. is seeking a Change Management and Communications Lead to support our Indianapolis, IN operations.

The Change Management and Communications Lead will support the development and execution of strategic communications and change management plans.  The Change Management and Communication Lead will provide content development for communications materials and periodic written publications.  This individual will edit communications documents and brief authors.  This individual will also maintain the content of the project SharePoint site. 

The successful candidate will demonstrate experience working with subject matter experts (SMEs) to complete tasked deliverables.  The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to translate highly technical ideas and concepts into user-friendly language.  This position requires exceptional interpersonal, team-building and collaboration skills. 

 

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 3 or more years of experience in corporate communications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, team-building and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with demonstrated experience developing impactful communication materials.
  • Ability to support multiple programs.
  • High level of proficiency with MS PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with change management principles.
  • Must be a team player with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to adapt to rapidly changing requirements.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • A Secret clearance is required to perform this work.  Candidates are required to have an active clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintatin a Secret clearance level during their employment.

 

Education Requirements:

A completed undergraduate degree in communications, public relations, marketing or related field is required.
