Job Description

PeopleTec, Inc. is currently seeking a Senoir Military Operations Analyst to support our Colorado Springs, CO location.

Provides situational awareness and subject matter expertise to the Joint Forces Combatant Command (JFCC) Integrated Missile Defense (IMD) on missile defense related activities, strategies, and plans of geographical combatant commands (GCCs). Supports interface with Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, Service staffs and components for the development of recommendations to support Global Force Management. Provides Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in support of assessments of strategic level policy documents, to include: the Unified Command Plan, National Military Strategy, Global Employment of Forces, Joint Strategic Capabilities Plan, and Global Force Management Implementation Guidance, with the ability to correlate missile defense planning within the framework established by Joint Staff and Office of Secretary of Defense. Supports the development of strategic initiatives for future planning efforts using experience in strategic policy, joint operational planning, deliberate planning, and Joint Operation Plans and Execution System (JOPES). Provides recommendations on missile defense inputs into USSTRATCOM contingency plans. Interfaces with planners at USSTRATCOM and missile defense cells in the GCCs to support development of missile defense appendices. Provides Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on ballistic missile defense capabilities and interfaces with Missile Defense Agency to provide technical analysis supporting plan development. Supports GCC plan assessments, adversary-centric bundled plans assessments, and development of strategies to mitigate deficiencies. The contractor shall attend and support conferences, meetings and briefings as required.


Required Skills/Experience:

  • 5 years of military experience or experience in military operations, mission planning and exercise support.
  • Travel: 25%
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • A Top Secret/SCI clearance is required to perform this work.  Candidates are required to have an active clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance level during their employment.


Education Requirements:

A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University is required.  


Desired Skills:

  • Experience/Knowledge of Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, Service staffs and components for the development and analysis of Strategic Campaign Plans, CONPLANS, and Assessments is a plus.
