Job Summary
The Department Information Systems Coordinator (DISC) provides technical assistance and support to the Sheriff’s Office, Jail Services, and other local law enforcement agencies in planning, developing, and operating a regional law enforcement information network. This position will work directly within Clark County Information Technology (IT) and collaborate with Clark County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) management, with key responsibilities of overseeing database and application technologies used in reporting; optimizing systems for information analysis; and coordinating related enforcement activities among multiple agencies. These responsibilities necessitate both a thorough understanding of the department processes and workflow, and comprehensive knowledge of the capabilities of the available computer software and programs as well as various niche technology products specific to law enforcement. Duties typically include, but are not limited to: Assist in the installation, administration, and support of various CCSO, Jail Services, and vendor-based hardware and software systems/applications. • Participate in evaluating, recommending, and selecting application and/or hardware products needed to support the Sheriff’s Office or partner agencies. • Assist users on day-to-day computer related issues such as setting changes, printer issues, burn CDs/DVDs, file recovery, and general application use. • Provide initial or secondary troubleshooting on system/server failure and coordinate with County IT to determine the appropriate fixes. Assists in break fix where applicable or in County IT absence. • Assist in the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of data transfer process between CCSO systems, County IT, and vendors. • Assist in the design and development of department level relational database (e.g. SQL database) and database objects to support in-house developed applications. (I.E. – Win-Pak) • Assist in coordinating database support functions for law enforcement systems including security administration, performance tuning, and data moves. • Perform system administration for reporting systems (e.g. SQL Reporting Service) including security administration, setup, bug fixes, and deployment. • Convert and migrate data from existing systems to new systems and provide on-going system maintenance for client. • Develop ad-hoc query, data extraction, and other reports to meet the department and external agencies objectives. (I.E. – SSRS reports) • Analyze data and create reports (I.E. – SSRS or other required formats for presentations) as needed for customers. • Monitor and track inventory of law enforcement hardware and software including laptops, projectors, etc. • Assist in the development of short-term and long-term strategic planning for the law enforcement IS support unit. • Research, suggest, design, validate, and deploy new law enforcement and mobile related technology. (I.E. – Apple iOS phones and iPads, Android phones, body cameras) • Assist in Bodycam support related to hardware and supporting applications. • Utilize MobileIron MDM solution to support the management of Apple iOS and Android phones. • Assist outside agencies on items and issues related to law enforcement records management systems. Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Education equivalent to an associate degree in computer science or closely related field (directly related work experience may substitute for the degree requirement) plus three to five years of responsible experience in supporting computer technology users and systems is required. The degree must have been conferred by an institution of higher education and have National Recognition of Accrediting Agencies by the U.S. Secretary of Education, and official transcripts will be required at the time of hire.

Summary of the Regulatory Compliance Quality Specialist Position:

Evaluates integrity of patient records during the course of daily responsibilities and reports challenges and resolution to Regulatory Compliance Quality Manager.

Education
Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse preferred.
Two (2) years of experience in a healthcare organization required.

Physical Requirements: Performs repetitive tasks. Does sedentary work: prolonged periods of sitting and exerts up to 10 lbs. force occasionally. Hears alarm/telephone/tape recorder. This position requires clarity of vision >20 inches and <20 feet. Requires physical flexibility of bending at knee and squat-bend flexibility. The Regulatory Compliance Quality Specialist manages stress appropriately, makes decisions under pressure, handles multiple priorities, works alone, and manages anger/fear/hostility/violence of others appropriately.
Working Conditions: The Regulatory Compliance Quality Specialist spends approximately 80% of his/her time in an air-conditioned environment with varying exposure to excessive humidity and noise. The remaining 20% of his/her time is spent in an automobile, patient home, or facility, which may or may not have heat/air conditioning. The position has potential for exposure to malodorous, infectious body fluids from patients, animal pet hair, allergens in the home environment, some exposure to noxious smells from cleaning agents, exposure to communicable diseases and traffic.
Essential Functions of the Regulatory Compliance Quality Specialist Position
Is knowledgeable of and supports the mission, core values, policies, and standards of performance of Hospice of Southern Illinois.
Supports Regulatory Compliance Director and Quality Manager as needed.
Assists Regulatory Compliance Director with maintaining contract files.
Evaluates integrity of patient records during the course of daily responsibilities and reports challenges and resolution to Regulatory Compliance Quality Manager.
Maintains strict confidentiality of patient and employee information.
Demonstrates the ability to research compliance topics.
Performs duties associated with HQRP in a timely manner; including, but not limited to, data submission, data retrieval, data analysis, and training employees on HQRP requirements.
Analyzes results of external surveys (CAHPS Hospice Survey and EGSS) and processes each survey according to assessed needs.
Completes scheduled and special audits and makes recommendations for improvement.
Disseminates results of audits, routine surveillance and analysis of data for use by the Regulatory Compliance Quality Manager.
Supports data collection and submission required for Quality Assessment Performance Improvement.
Monitors and maintains quality improvement documents.
In collaboration with Regulatory Compliance Quality Manager, assists with the development and revision of policies and standards of performance according to current practices.

Extensive training (4 - 6 months) will take place on day shift, Monday - Friday. As an IRL Technologist at the Red Cross you will perform basic and advanced donor and patient tests, and interpret results to determine donor-recipient compatibility. Job Summary
This is a professional position in the Infectious Disease Program of the Public Health Department, responsible for carrying out a broad and complex range of investigative and analytical epidemiologic activities related to the investigation, surveillance, and prevention of notifiable conditions and other communicable diseases. The Epidemiologist works independently, as an experienced team member or project member and with community partners in providing epidemiologic expertise for specific programs or more complex individual epidemiologic analyses. The work includes: • Conducting communicable disease investigations and case or contact follow-up as appropriate. • Developing and designing methods of collecting, analyzing, and disseminating data for both routine surveillance and special short-term purposes. • Routinely analyzes and interprets both qualitative and quantitative data and writes reports and presents data for a variety of audiences. • Coordinating epidemiological investigations and proposing and/or initiating public health recommendations based on findings. • Participate in the 24/7 Communicable Disease on-call rotation. Must be physically located within 45 minutes from CCPH when serving as the 24/7 on-call CD unit staff. This position is represented by Local 335 – LIUNA (Health Care Division, Laborers International Union of North America). Training and Experience:

REQUIREMENTS:
Training and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required. A bachelors’ degree in communications, business management or a related field strongly preferred.
4 years’ experience working in customer service and/or personnel management.
4 years’ experience supervising in a Call Center.
Capable of providing direction and leadership, with a focus on performance and behavior expectations, to the call center team.
Ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
