Job Description

PeopleTec, Inc. is currently seeking a Military Operations Analyst to support our El Paso, TX operations at Fort Bliss.

The candidate will provide to JTF-N an on-site support-desk and call support team acting through and by authority of the JTF-N Director J6, direct support requests to the appropriate support team and/or J6 personnel for approval and action, provide initial prioritization of support requests in accordance with J6 standards.  In addition, they will ensure necessary approvals for work are obtained from cognizant personnel and documented for record, track status of support tickets and ensuring that work is completed in a timely manner, provide immediate support for routine questions and actions, to include solving routine problems on the phone as well as basic user instruction issues and provide weekly reports to the Director J6, especially highlighting open calls requiring attention, reports that track outages, re-prioritization or awaiting decisions as well as any other issues that could potentially impact quality or timeliness of work or workload.  They will also provide monthly statistics to the Director J6 indicating levels of performance for that month, including calls opened, calls closed and any outstanding issues, manage hand-receipts and accountability on behalf of the government property book holder for temporary issued items and equipment, maintain accountability records for equipment temporarily signed out. Categories for performance shall include "automation/network," "communications-electronics" and "graphics" Occupy the J6 support-desk during normal JTF-N duty hours. The support-desk represents a key contact point between J6 and personnel within the command. As such, the support-desk shall be operated in accordance with the highest standards of professionalism support and will provide a vital link to ensuring quality of on-site support activities.


Required Skills/Experience:

  • Be familiar with help desk operations and be able to effectively communicate with government staff and personnel in a highly professional manner.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • A Top Secret clearance is required to perform this work.  Candidates are required to have an active clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain a Top Secret clearance level during their employment.


Education Requirements:

A completed Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred, however 5 years of applicable work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
