Facility Property Manager General Duties: The Facility and Property Manager oversees the strategic plan, project management, budget, care, maintenance, and contracted work of assigned properties; and works with camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order.

Facility Property Manager General Duties: The Facility and Property Manager oversees the strategic plan, project management, budget, care, maintenance, and contracted work of assigned properties; and works with camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order.
**This position is required to stay on-site in private employee housing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Camp Facility Oversight
Oversight of the implementation of the property strategic plan within camp's strategic plan.
Responsible for the management of property security practices and procedures.
Provide oversight and care of maintaining camp facilities, grounds including roads and fences, property and program equipment, and machinery are in safe, well-functioning, working, and clean condition.
Ensure that all safety-related projects/needs are completed in a swift and timely manner and prepare facilities for changing weather conditions to reduce risk.
Manage daily tasks making autonomous decisions without management approval.
Conduct property assessments, inspections, and surveys for the need of immediate repairs and/or renovations, and long-term planning and property improvements.
Responsible for the follow through and updates of daily, weekly, and annual property SOPs.
Maintain a positive rapport and relationship with local sheriff, fire and rescue services for the safety and protection of camp.
Work with various state agencies for inspections, water systems testing and forest mitigation.
Oversight for scheduling and set-up of vendors for maintenance/repairs and contract maintenance.
Provide project management of on-site property work, including that of contracted work and/or maintenance.
Research and coordinate projected capital project expenses, including obtaining quotes from various vendors as necessary.

Support the marketing and advertisement of strategic property usage.

Deliver emergency management during on-site and off-site trip incidents.
Provide site training and orientation to all camp staff.

Manage site and program equipment, including storage, maintenance, and coordination with fellow team members.

Oversee work and daily supervision of all facility and maintenance employees.
Contribute to the recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, and training of the facility maintenance team members.

Job Purpose
The Applications Administrator is proficient technically and provides operational support to stakeholders (faculty, staff, prospects, students, and alumni) for multiple critical enterprise applications and customer-facing business administrative systems for the College. The Applications Administrator consults with Senior Applications Administrators and Management to perform complex system and/or application installations and upgrades.
Minimum Requirements
A high school diploma and work experience in the administration and management of software applications in an enterprise environment is required. An associate’s degree or a bachelor’s degree in a related field may be substituted for the required work experience. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated ability to be proficient in supporting, maintaining, and administering complex enterprise software applications preferably in higher education or a related setting.
Working knowledge of systems architecture, systems planning and design, network operating systems, and software application management.
Knowledge of, and experience with, Windows and/or Linux/Unix systems administration, light SQL experience, light scripting, and application support.

The Applications Administrator is proficient technically and provides operational support to stakeholders (faculty, staff, prospects, students, and alumni) for multiple critical enterprise applications and customer-facing business administrative systems for the College. The Applications Administrator consults with Senior Applications Administrators and Management to perform complex system and/or application installations and upgrades.
Minimum Requirements
A high school diploma and work experience in the administration and management of software applications in an enterprise environment is required. An associate’s degree or a bachelor’s degree in a related field may be substituted for the required work experience. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated ability to be proficient in supporting, maintaining, and administering complex enterprise software applications preferably in higher education or a related setting.
Working knowledge of systems architecture, systems planning and design, network operating systems, and software application management.
Knowledge of, and experience with, Windows and/or Linux/Unix systems administration, light SQL experience, light scripting, and application support.
Ability to understand and carry out technical instructions in order to perform application system installations, upgrades, and integrations.
Must have experience with database technologies and/or client-server technology.
Must possess analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Familiarity with service management methodologies preferred.
Experience with monitoring tools and analytical tools preferred.
Familiarity with enterprise backup, storage technologies, and open source technologies a plus.
Ability to plan, organize and follow through multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient written and verbal communications skills.
Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other IT staff, business stakeholders, and vendors.

WOWT is looking for an experienced Engineer that can supervise the day-to-day operations of Engineering, Building Maintenance and IT Department. This includes Audio, Video, RF broadcast gear, and critical IT systems. This position is also responsible for facility maintenance and management. This includes all building and grounds maintenance needs, broadcast tower maintenance, and remote transmitter site maintenance. The Chief Engineer makes sure that all FCC rules and regulations are followed, and the station is in complete compliance with the FCC and FAA. This position reports directly to the station's general manager and there is room for growth within Gray Corporate engineering.
The Chief Engineer interacts daily with local programming staff and will be responsible to follow all WOWT and FCC standards and guidelines. Repair technical equipment to the component level. Integration, maintenance and operation of new and existing equipment including towers, transmitters, microwave and satellite gear and tenant installations. Manage all engineering aspects of the technical facility including studio support, post editing systems, field production support and transmission of live/taped events & programs. Have expert knowledge regarding equipment, technology, and systems and be able to step in an assist in emergency situations. Understanding of both serial and IP communication. Oversight and maintenance of all station physical assets including buildings and grounds. Oversight of all broadcast and IT systems. Understanding and compliance of EAS standards and practices. Setup remote broadcasts on location.
Qualified candidates must have an electrical engineering degree, FCC License and/or SBE certification is required. Minimum ten years’ experience in television broadcast engineering. Some management experience required. Must possess good interpersonal communications skills, both oral and written, and be fully computer literate. Comprehensive knowledge of core broadcast systems, on-air automation, television studio equipment, IOT transmitters as well knowledge of IT networks, computer maintenance and repair. Must be familiar with FCC rules and broadcast standards and with network routing and IP addressing. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks based on station needs.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, occasional work on ladders. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing. This includes Audio, Video, RF broadcast gear, and critical IT systems. This position is also responsible for facility maintenance and management. This includes all building and grounds maintenance needs, broadcast tower maintenance, and remote transmitter site maintenance. The Chief Engineer makes sure that all FCC rules and regulations are followed, and the station is in complete compliance with the FCC and FAA. This position reports directly to the station's general manager and there is room for growth within Gray Corporate engineering.
The Chief Engineer interacts daily with local programming staff and will be responsible to follow all WOWT and FCC standards and guidelines. Repair technical equipment to the component level. Integration, maintenance and operation of new and existing equipment including towers, transmitters, microwave and satellite gear and tenant installations. Manage all engineering aspects of the technical facility including studio support, post editing systems, field production support and transmission of live/taped events & programs. Have expert knowledge regarding equipment, technology, and systems and be able to step in an assist in emergency situations. Understanding of both serial and IP communication. Oversight and maintenance of all station physical assets including buildings and grounds. Oversight of all broadcast and IT systems. Understanding and compliance of EAS standards and practices. Setup remote broadcasts on location.
Qualified candidates must have an electrical engineering degree, FCC License and/or SBE certification is required. Minimum ten years’ experience in television broadcast engineering. Some management experience required. Must possess good interpersonal communications skills, both oral and written, and be fully computer literate. Comprehensive knowledge of core broadcast systems, on-air automation, television studio equipment, IOT transmitters as well knowledge of IT networks, computer maintenance and repair. Must be familiar with FCC rules and broadcast standards and with network routing and IP addressing. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks based on station needs.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, occasional work on ladders. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing. Be available “on call” 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency engineering problems. Work in cooperation with all departments to achieve technical excellence and station profitability.

SALARY & BENEFITS
The Washington, DC-based salary range for this position is $58,000 - $65,000 (will be adjusted for cost of labor for the incumbent's work location) annually, commensurate with experience. Going far beyond the standard call center or tiered support position, the Technical Solutions Engineer (Cloudvision/CVaaS) at Arista Networks is a top-level engineer and equivalent to a Tier 3 or Escalation Engineer in most support organizations.
Our TSEs work together to support all of Arista’s products and the many network protocols and features focusing on Cloudvision Portal (CVP) / CVaaS and Cloud EOS. TSE will work directly with both the customer and the software and hardware development teams, as needed. The Cloudvision/ CVaaS/ Cloud EOS Products TSE team also performs all their own recreates in a dedicated lab environment.

Responsibilities
Post-sales support for Arista products focusing on Cloudvision Portal (CVP / CVaaS).
Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone or email.
Resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, and maintenance as well as product application or compatibility inquiries.
Interpersonal skills, product knowledge/expertise are critical to responding to daily, customer-centric activities.
Troubleshoot problems with hardware/software applications and recommend corrective action.
Document customer communication and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1- 10 years hands-on experience and a combination of designing, deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, debugging, and/or administering the network protocols and/or technologies.
Expert technical knowledge is required in several of the following areas: Network management platforms, DevOps platforms, APIs (JSON, gRPC etc.), scripting (Python, etc.) and UI/UX workflows
General knowledge is preferred in the following areas: Ethernet, VLANs, IP routing, TCP/IP, Multicast, Protocols (BGP, ISIS, OSPF, PIM, IGMP; etc.).
Working experience with Server virtualization highly desired (VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, KVM, etc)
Experience with network troubleshooting tools such as Tcpdump and Wireshark are highly desired.
Familiarity with

The new hire base pay for this role has a pay range of $90,000 to $170,000.

The pay range provided reflects base pay only and in addition certain roles may also be eligible for discretionary Arista bonuses and equity.
