Job Description

PeopleTec, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Systems Integrator support our El Paso, TX location.

Provide an additional team member to augment the support desk as their primary duty and will be responsible for the tasks listed. In addition to support desk tasks, the candidate will provide UNIX Administrator support to JTFN and will serve as the command's Local Registration Authority/Trusted Agent overseeing public key infrastructure programs. The UNIX Administrator is responsible for the support of UNIX, LINUX, Solaris and Microsoft Office Software Products. In addition the UNIX Administrator will: design and develop system requirements, assess architecture and current hardware limitations, define and design complex system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility, coordinate design of subsystems and integration of total system, analyze and resolve difficult and complicated program support deficiencies, conduct independent technical investigation in systems design, coordinate and consolidate design efforts on major project, conduct technical investigation of systems used by USNORTHCOM for Command and Control systems/integration at JTFN, maintain GCCS and other Command servers and clients with minimal support from USNORTHCOM and DISA and adhere to any system builds and integration of UNIX systems as mandated by NORTHCOM, provide off-site support as directed by the Director J6 or his designated representative, provide National Security Service Public Key Infrastructure (NSS PKI) support: including, but not limited to, maintaining qualifications as a certified local registration authority, issuing PKI tokens to users, supporting associated trusted agents, and ensuring compliance with DOD directives regarding the use of PKI certificates for standard and privileged users.


Required Skills/Experience:

  • Candidate will comply with DoD 8570.01-M, USNORTHCOM and JTF-N training and certification programs.
  • Must be familiar with UNIX, LINUX, Solaris, and Microsoft Office Products.
  • Travel: 25%
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • A Top Secret/SCI clearance is required to perform this work.  Candidates are required to have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.


Education Requirements:

 A completed Bachelor's Degree OR 10+ years of relevant work experience.


Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of PKI and Token administration.
  • Experience as a Trusted Agent for PKI.
