PeopleTec, Inc. is currently seeking a Military Operations Analyst to support our Colorado Springs, CO operations.
The candidate will provide Wideband Global SATCOM Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support for activities required in the effective implementation, management, and direction of the Operational Project Lead, and USA Operational Project Manager (OPM) responsibilities as identified in the WGS Multilateral and USA/AUS WGS Memorandum of Understandings (MOU). Support all operational- and technical-related aspects of the WGS MOU Projects. Provide support to the management of project resource allocation and sharing provisions (equipment and financial). The contractor shall track and manage project equipment under the MOU. Provide monthly resource allocation reports as identified by the Program Managers. Coordinate with the Acquisition Project Lead (APL) and Acquisition Project Manager (APM) as required. Assist in the maintenance of the Master Equipment List (MEL) for the Project Equipment. Conduct inventories of the RMCE equipment and spares at the Harman and Geraldton Remote Sites. Support management of OPL Project Equipment Maintain a direct liaison with the U.S. Military Departments, Joint Staff, Defense Information Systems Agency, the Australian DoD, Canadian Department of National Defense, Czech Republic Ministry of Defense (MoD), Denmark MoD, Luxembourg MoD, Netherlands MoD, New Zealand Defense Force, Norway MoD, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the users of SATCOM systems as directed to provide necessary support to the OPL and USA OPM responsibilities. Assist the OPL and USA OPM in the management of International Partner resources, which are defined in accordance with Annex A (Resource Allocation and Sharing Provisions) of the MOUs. Support the development of policy and procedures for the implementation of all operational aspects of the WGS MOUs. Provide document reviews, technical papers, point papers, EXSUMs, written summations, General Officer (GO) one-pager briefs, G6 SATCOM weekly activity reports, and significant activity reports. Develop, prepare, deliver, and present reports and briefing materials as directed for recurring and ad hoc meetings in support of the MOUs. Attend and provide reports/meeting minutes on various wideband meetings including, but not limited to, the Wideband Working Group (WWG), Project Status Review (PSR), Operations Support Working Group (OSWG), Technical Interchange Meeting (TIM) and Steering Committee (SC). Develop and manage Baseline Resource Allocation monitoring tools and reports IAW OPL and USA OPM responsibilities. Track and report Satellite Access Request (SAR) and Satellite Access Authorization (SAA) metrics on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
A completed Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 5 - 10 years of applicable work experience is required.
