Position Overview
The Executive Director is the Association’s executive staff administrator and management agent who leads the staff, in coordination with the KNEA President, to ensure the implementation of the full scope of policies, procedures, and programs approved and adopted by the KNEA Board of Directors. Position Description
America Votes is seeking a well-organized self-starter for a full-time position as the Arizona Program Manager. The Arizona Program Manager plays a key role in the advancement of the progressive movement and winning elections in the state. This person will support the America Votes team in Arizona with information gathering and partner coordination on some of the most exciting progressive electoral and issue work taking place in the state. The position works directly with the America Votes team, as well as dozens of progressive partners across the state, in the planning and execution of electoral and advocacy campaigns, the coordination of field programs, and the utilization of best practices to ensure quality plans and maximize our collective efforts. This position is ideal for someone who has some work experience in direct voter contact, is eager to learn, and has a passion for helping others do their best work, loves canvass programs, and is excited about the details and tools that power direct voter contact programs.
Location
This position is based in Phoenix, Arizona and will require travel around the state.
Responsibilities
Project Management: Support the state team in implementing America Votes' organizational goals, including REI goals. Participate in team creation of work plans and team benchmarks for success. Support special projects to deliver on team goals.
Partner Support : Support coalition partners through the development of campaign plans (electoral, voting rights and issue campaigns). This may include providing technical and organizing assistance for individual partner organizations or groups of partners , responding to programmatic requests, and supporting the implementation of winning strategies. Work with the state data director to support data needs of partner programs. Portfolio may include some tools support including VAN and some grant management.
Support Coalition Management : Work with the state team by tracking electoral and advocacy programs aligned with the coalition plan, providing technical assistance including scaling up tactics and basic use of tools like VAN, and supporting best practices in our collective strategy. This work may include providing logistical support to coalition meetings, supporting core areas of the coalition coordination, supporting strategic conversations around winning strategies, and/or supporting work groups. Maintaining external communications with partners (i.e. may include weekly emails) and workgroup listservs, meeting follow-up, regular phone calls, etc. Support and create content for reports and deliver presentations to diverse sets of stakeholders, sometimes on short timelines.
Direct Voter Contact Program Support : Support coalition campaign work on field tactics implementation (like canvassing), including supporting the integration of best practices and universe coverage. Facilitate creative solutions to challenges related to electoral and issue campaigns. Support electoral and advocacy program implementation across partner organizations including script development and program timing and support some partners in using VAN (Voter Activation Network). This work includes planning, implementation and post-program assessment and may include developing systems or updating existing systems to manage the information.
Program Implementation Management : Lead meetings of coalition partners, which may include work groups on election-related topics such as down ballot (legislative, school board, etc) races. Support events of America Votes partners and allies including coalition meetings and trainings. Support program implementation through the voter file and other tools including basic VAN administration and support in using direct voter contact tools.

Qualifications
Required
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in progressive political campaigns, progressive non-profits or similar organizations (with a campaign focus), or similar transferable experience. Ideal candidates will have experience with direct voter contact and canvass operations.
Experience working with underrepresented and/or historically marginalized communities, particularly in electoral or political settings.
Strong sense of ownership and resilience with respect to planning ahead, finding alternative paths when needed, and moving forward after setbacks. Demonstrated a bility to move people to action and hold them accountable with and without formal authority.
At least one cycle (minimum of 12 months) of experience with campaign field operations including canvass operations and script writing. Familiarity with VAN (Voter Activation Network) or similar systems.
Demonstrated ability to build consensus, negotiate, and strategically disagree within a highly collaborative work environment; ability to be respected by progressive stakeholders, and to be able to practice confidentiality, discretion and legal compliance in the work.
Ability to build strong relationships with partners and allies and to cultivate those relationships over the long term.
Ability to work independently and to drive and manage own workload; ability to manage several tasks/projects concurrently and prioritize work effectively by making and meeting team goals.

Position Description
America Votes is seeking a well-organized self-starter for a full-time position as the Arizona Program Manager. The Arizona Program Manager plays a key role in the advancement of the progressive movement and winning elections in the state. This person will support the America Votes team in Arizona with information gathering and partner coordination on some of the most exciting progressive electoral and issue work taking place in the state. The position works directly with the America Votes team, as well as dozens of progressive partners across the state, in the planning and execution of electoral and advocacy campaigns, the coordination of field programs, and the utilization of best practices to ensure quality plans and maximize our collective efforts. This position is ideal for someone who has some work experience in direct voter contact, is eager to learn, and has a passion for helping others do their best work, loves canvass programs, and is excited about the details and tools that power direct voter contact programs.
Location
This position is based in Phoenix, Arizona and will require travel around the state.
Responsibilities
Project Management: Support the state team in implementing America Votes' organizational goals, including REI goals. Participate in team creation of work plans and team benchmarks for success. Support special projects to deliver on team goals.
Partner Support : Support coalition partners through the development of campaign plans (electoral, voting rights and issue campaigns). This may include providing technical and organizing assistance for individual partner organizations or groups of partners , responding to programmatic requests, and supporting the implementation of winning strategies. Work with the state data director to support data needs of partner programs. Portfolio may include some tools support including VAN and some grant management.
Support Coalition Management : Work with the state team by tracking electoral and advocacy programs aligned with the coalition plan, providing technical assistance including scaling up tactics and basic use of tools like VAN, and supporting best practices in our collective strategy. This work may include providing logistical support to coalition meetings, supporting core areas of the coalition coordination, supporting strategic conversations around winning strategies, and/or supporting work groups. Maintaining external communications with partners (i.e. may include weekly emails) and workgroup listservs, meeting follow-up, regular phone calls, etc. Support and create content for reports and deliver presentations to diverse sets of stakeholders, sometimes on short timelines.
Direct Voter Contact Program Support : Support coalition campaign work on field tactics implementation (like canvassing), including supporting the integration of best practices and universe coverage. Facilitate creative solutions to challenges related to electoral and issue campaigns. Support electoral and advocacy program implementation across partner organizations including script development and program timing and support some partners in using VAN (Voter Activation Network). This work includes planning, implementation and post-program assessment and may include developing systems or updating existing systems to manage the information.
Program Implementation Management : Lead meetings of coalition partners, which may include work groups on election-related topics such as down ballot (legislative, school board, etc) races. Support events of America Votes partners and allies including coalition meetings and trainings. Support program implementation through the voter file and other tools including basic VAN administration and support in using direct voter contact tools.

Qualifications
Required
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in progressive political campaigns, progressive non-profits or similar organizations (with a campaign focus), or similar transferable experience. Ideal candidates will have experience with direct voter contact and canvass operations.
Experience working with underrepresented and/or historically marginalized communities, particularly in electoral or political settings.
Strong sense of ownership and resilience with respect to planning ahead, finding alternative paths when needed, and moving forward after setbacks. Demonstrated a bility to move people to action and hold them accountable with and without formal authority.
At least one cycle (minimum of 12 months) of experience with campaign field operations including canvass operations and script writing. Familiarity with VAN (Voter Activation Network) or similar systems.
Demonstrated ability to build consensus, negotiate, and strategically disagree within a highly collaborative work environment; ability to be respected by progressive stakeholders, and to be able to practice confidentiality, discretion and legal compliance in the work.
Ability to build strong relationships with partners and allies and to cultivate those relationships over the long term.
Ability to work independently and to drive and manage own workload; ability to manage several tasks/projects concurrently and prioritize work effectively by making and meeting team goals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Drive with emphasis on using Excel, Powerpoint, Google Slides and Google Sheets. Must have the ability to manage a high volume of campaign data as well as create informational decks/slideshows.
Ability to travel within the state (as needed); ability to work irregular campaign style hours, especially during the peak months of the electoral cycle. Attend and lead meetings in person one-on-one, in small groups, and in large coalition meeting settings.
Candidates should have a spirit of service and curiosity, along with a diplomatic approach to problem-solving in work with outside partners and while working independently or on a team.

Ideal candidates will have experience with data and targeting, using data to inform organizing and electoral campaign strategies. Understanding of common voter contact methods like canvass, mail, and phone programs and applying those to persuasion and mobilization efforts, including early vote.

Compensation
The minimum salary for this position is $60,000 an d depends upon the applicant's experience. In this position you will be responsible for supporting the SOCAC staff with calendar management, membership communications through meeting minutes and notices, ensuring compliance with supporting legislation, and supporting the timely completion of tasks and deliverables from Council collaborators and members. This role will work closely with both the council, the SOCAC Executive Director, and other council staff to support the council, subcommittees, and workgroup by supporting workflow improvements, coordinating efficient flow of documents and requests requiring action from collaborators and council members, tracking due dates and assisting with timely responses to requests, ensuring timely payment of stipends and other reimbursements for eligible council members and taskforce members, ensuring SOCAC has the necessary forms and procedures to complete our work and ensure effective flow of information, and providing excellent customer service.

Facility Property Manager General Duties: The Facility and Property Manager oversees the strategic plan, project management, budget, care, maintenance, and contracted work of assigned properties; and works with camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order.

Health Outreach Partners is seeking a full-time Program Manager, Training and Technical Assistance to join our team of socially-minded individuals fighting for increasing access to health care. This position will play a critical role in supporting and expanding our work on a broad range of projects that focus on health equity, leveraging collaborations and partnerships, and addressing the root causes of inequities, including structural racism and social determinants of health. Roles and Responsibilities
The Program Manager, T/TA (PM) is primarily responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously that uses a health equity lens on expanding and improving access to care at Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and other community-based organizations nationally. This position will create materials and conduct trainings and webinars, facilitate group discussions, conduct research, develop publications, assist with grant writing, present at conferences, collaborate with external partners and work closely with their team on other projects. Health Outreach Partners is seeking a full-time Program Manager, Training and Technical Assistance to join our team of socially-minded individuals fighting for increasing access to health care. This position will play a critical role in supporting and expanding our work on a broad range of projects that focus on health equity, leveraging collaborations and partnerships, and addressing the root causes of inequities, including structural racism and social determinants of health. The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional with training and technical assistance (T/TA) skills, works collaboratively on teams, and has a proven record of championing racial equity and social justice.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Program Manager, T/TA (PM) is primarily responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously that uses a health equity lens on expanding and improving access to care at Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and other community-based organizations nationally. This position will create materials and conduct trainings and webinars, facilitate group discussions, conduct research, develop publications, assist with grant writing, present at conferences, collaborate with external partners and work closely with their team on other projects. They will also manage interactions with clients for various fee-based services.
The PM reports to the Deputy Director( DD). The position is currently a hybrid of remote work and working in our downtown Oakland office, with at least two days/week working in the office with coworkers.
Qualifications and Skills

Extensive experience providing training, facilitation, consultation, and/or other capacity building support

At least 4 years of professional experience with program planning, implementation, and evaluation
Strong project management and organizational skills
Three years or more of experience in public health or a health-related field, to include health care administration, provision of health care or supportive services, outreach services, social work, or enabling services

Position : Our Bucks County Civic Engagement Coordinator is primarily responsible for building a sustainable volunteer advocacy program and managing local partnerships in Bucks County. Position : Our Bucks County Civic Engagement Coordinator is primarily responsible for building a sustainable volunteer advocacy program and managing local partnerships in Bucks County. The Coordinator will report to the Director of Civic Engagement and will serve as the principal point of contact for local candidates, activists, volunteers, partner organizations, and elected officials. The Coordinator’s work will include working to elect environmental champions, drive local policy changes, connect local environmental partners to advocacy support, partnerships, and recruiting and training volunteer environmental and pro-democracy advocates. The Bucks County Civic Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for lifting up the work of BIPOC allies and organizations in their region and ensuring that issues important to the communities most impacted by climate change and pollution are centered in their work.
Conservation Voters of PA shares a strategic partnership with the environmental advocacy organization PennFuture, and this position will conduct work for them from time to time.
Job Duties:
Community Building
Manage regional volunteer recruitment and engagement to advance environmental and pro-democracy policy goals.
Represent CVPA with local environmental, watershed, and activist groups.
Identify ways to use CVPA resources to support the work of local environmental and activist groups, particularly BIPOC led and serving groups.
Utilize those relationships to expand CVPA’s visibility in the region, to build political power, and to win environmental fights
Implement grassroots tactics to engage prospective volunteers and help to transition them into volunteer leaders
Center equity and justice while carrying out regionalized civic engagement work
Mobilize and train volunteer advocates in key legislative districts.
Become a leader in local coalitions, begin new coalitions and advocacy, and advocate for diverse representation in all groups
Political
Build relationships with local candidates and elected officials in their region, from municipal and local to state legislative office holders.
Identify races and potential appointments in which an endorsement or political advocacy work could have a positive environmental and political impact, with a particular emphasis on electing more women and BIPOC candidates who better represent the electorate.
Manage political activities (canvass operations, mail, digital) related to winning campaigns at any level of elected office in the region
Policy
Develop working knowledge of local township and county-level environmental policy issues; cultivate experts in policy issues to supplement that knowledge.
Develop an ongoing list of local policy priorities to use in candidate questionnaires and for accountability work.
Communications
Build relationships with local reporters and influencers.
Work with digital staff to use email lists and social media tools in their region, and connect Delaware River Watershed partner organizations to available digital tools and services.
Monitor and update local social presence and engage with local groups, activists and candidates.
Work with Director of Civic Engagement and other Senior Staff to develop action alerts and press releases as needed based on issues related to the region
Fundraising
Identify prospective top-tier donors among the volunteer pool to introduce to appropriate staff.
Collaborate with appropriate staff on grant reports and renewals as needed.

What You'll Do

Conduct due diligence related to potential acquisitions, business transactions and partnerships
Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters, risk management, litigation and compliance issues
Perform legal research concerning miscellaneous legal issues in the various jurisdictions in which the Company operates throughout North America
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal concerns and ensure business objectives are met

Position Overview
America Votes is seeking a dynamic, collaborative leader with a history of successfully executing issue and electoral campaign programs as well as deep experience building strong partnerships and coalitions to serve as Colorado State Director.
The State Director is responsible for leading and supporting local, state, and national America Votes partner organizations, developing the strategy to advance coalition-wide priorities, and to manage the execution of coordinated direct voter contact plans in Colorado.
The State Director will grow the state coalition and coordinate strategies between state and national partners to maximize the priorities, resources, and effectiveness of all partners.
The State Director will take a strategic, collaborative, and flexible approach to coalition management, planning and decision making and can lead through periods of political transition and membership expansion. The State Director will recognize and capitalize on immediate political opportunities while also staying focused on long-term strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Campaign Strategy: Work with America Votes partner organizations and stakeholders to design efficient and effective statewide and ballot-level electoral and voter education plans based on short and long-term priorities. Manage, evaluate, troubleshoot, and report on program outcomes and progress toward goals. Work with America Votes' national team to identify in-state funding opportunities to support America Votes' operations and partner-led programs.
Staff Hiring and Management : Lead a diverse, talented team in Colorado. Manage the team including development of work plans, professional development, and ongoing supervision and support. Implement America Votes' organizational goals and manage staff toward delivering on the shared goals of the organization. Ensure a safe, welcoming, cohesive, and inspiring team culture for staff to excel in; Role model and uphold the organization's values of creating an inclusive and equitable working environment for all members of the team.
Coalition Leadership & Management: Convene individual coalition partners and the collective table on a regular basis and facilitate discussions, decision making, and other critical work. Assist local organizations in identifying resources to build capacity and improve performance, shared strategy, and organization-specific campaign plans. Implement systems for ongoing evaluation of effectiveness of strategies. Work directly with national staff and partners to ensure smooth communication with state operations. Explore strategic opportunities to expand collaborations with stakeholders. Facilitate a collaborative and productive state coalition environment that advances racial equity goals. Ensure the security, development, and appropriate usage of the state coalition voter file.
Equity and Inclusion : Lead the coalition in approaching campaign, electoral, and coalition work through a lens of racial equity. Model principles of equity, diversity and inclusion internally and externally. Be culturally competent and support work to build power with BIPOC-led and focused partners.
Advance Election Modernization: Support or develop ongoing programs and legislative advocacy related to election modernization in collaboration with voting rights organizations and advocates.

Key Qualifications
Required
7+ years of electoral and advocacy campaign experience. At least two cycles in leadership for statewide campaign operations and management of campaign staff.
Expertise in electoral field program management, including outstanding organizing skills and the ability to write, evaluate, and execute winning campaign plans with a strong direct voter contact component.
Ability to successfully manage a coalition in a thoughtful, strategic and inclusive manner.
