The Oregon Health Authority (OHA), Health and Policy Analytics Division(HPA), Office of Health Analytics section in Portland/Salem, Oregon is recruiting for a Waiver Monitoring Research Analyst to coordinate, administer and monitor the data needs for the Oregon Health Plan 1115 Demonstration Waiver(s) with respect to qualitative and quantitative data, including but not limited to: data collection, data sources, data analyses, allowable data uses, data interpretation and data visualizations. This position will work closely with the Quality Improvement Coordinator and other departments within HPA to develop systems for monitoring the waiver related data as required by CMS (elaborate).
We are also looking for an Evaluation Research Analyst to coordinate, administer and manage the data needs between HPA and the independent evaluator(s) of the Oregon Health Plan 1115 Demonstration Waiver(s) with respect to qualitative and quantitative data, including but not limited to: data collection, data sources, data analyses, allowable data uses, data interpretation and data visualizations. This position will also provide the guidance and subject matter expertise for other HPA evaluation priorities of varying levels of complexity.
Working conditions: This work may be conducted remotely with full access to needed operating systems and technology. On occasion, in state and out of state travel may be required. Work location can be changed at any time at the discretion of the hiring manager .

What will you do?
Primary person providing guidance and subject matter expertise regarding qualitative and quantitative data to the independent evaluators and internal staff for all HPA evaluation.
Oversee the work of lower -level research analysts and coordinate assigning and reviewing the work of others .
Oversee data quality and validation efforts, report generation and processing, fulfillment of data requests, and ad hoc analyses for internal and external interested parties.
Ensure equity principles related to research, data collection, data analysis and communication are fully integrated into analytic and evaluation work.
Communicate efficiently and effectively with OHA program staff and general leadership. Provide expertise needed to independently design, plan, and conduct research needed to evaluate and monitor the activities and goals of HPA programs and services.
Coordinate opportunities for internal and external interested parties (e.g., OHA and other agency staff, health plans, health service providers, etc.) to provide input for evaluations.
Working with the Evaluations Manager and the Program and Evaluation Policy Advisor, collaborate with staff across the Health Policy & Analytics Division (HPA) to provide data support and coordination for all evaluation work.

Summary of the Regulatory Compliance Quality Specialist Position:
Position Summary: While reporting to the Regulatory Compliance Quality Manager, the Regulatory Compliance Quality Specialist pro-actively promotes clinical competencies to assure positive patient outcomes by conducting regulatory compliance audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation on the delivery of care in relationship to the patient. Assists with performance improvement projects as needed to improve all services within the organization. Identifies performance deficiencies and offers suggestions on educational needs to Quality Development. Performs duties associated with the Hospice Quality Reporting Program (HQRP) in a timely manner to ensure compliance with regulations.
Part-Time Hourly Non-Exempt Position. 24 Hours Weekly/48 Hours Bi-Weekly. Monday-Friday, 24 hours weekly. There is flexibility to how those 24 hours are assigned. One requirement is that the individual be willing to modify their work week to accommodate departmental needs.

Education
Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse preferred.
Two (2) years of experience in a healthcare organization required.

This position requires clarity of vision >20 inches and <20 feet. Requires physical flexibility of bending at knee and squat-bend flexibility. The Regulatory Compliance Quality Specialist manages stress appropriately, makes decisions under pressure, handles multiple priorities, works alone, and manages anger/fear/hostility/violence of others appropriately.
Working Conditions: The Regulatory Compliance Quality Specialist spends approximately 80% of his/her time in an air-conditioned environment with varying exposure to excessive humidity and noise. The remaining 20% of his/her time is spent in an automobile, patient home, or facility, which may or may not have heat/air conditioning. The position has potential for exposure to malodorous, infectious body fluids from patients, animal pet hair, allergens in the home environment, some exposure to noxious smells from cleaning agents, exposure to communicable diseases and traffic.
Essential Functions of the Regulatory Compliance Quality Specialist Position
Is knowledgeable of and supports the mission, core values, policies, and standards of performance of Hospice of Southern Illinois.
Supports Regulatory Compliance Director and Quality Manager as needed.
Assists Regulatory Compliance Director with maintaining contract files.
Evaluates integrity of patient records during the course of daily responsibilities and reports challenges and resolution to Regulatory Compliance Quality Manager.
Maintains strict confidentiality of patient and employee information.
Demonstrates the ability to research compliance topics.
Performs duties associated with HQRP in a timely manner; including, but not limited to, data submission, data retrieval, data analysis, and training employees on HQRP requirements.
Analyzes results of external surveys (CAHPS Hospice Survey and EGSS) and processes each survey according to assessed needs.
Completes scheduled and special audits and makes recommendations for improvement.
Disseminates results of audits, routine surveillance and analysis of data for use by the Regulatory Compliance Quality Manager.
Supports data collection and submission required for Quality Assessment Performance Improvement.
Monitors and maintains quality improvement documents.

The salary range for new hires in this position is $83,000 – $99,000. Salaries vary based on geographical location. Use/implement a data system to track alumni’s impact, retention, and location data, tracking information from alumni as needed.
Define and evolve 'best-measurement' community engagement KPIs and leverage data-driven insights based on community, client and industry quantitative analysis, behaviors and trends
Manage the set up and execution as well as adjustments of the Relationship Quality Scoring System in HubSpot.
Events
Manage the development of a resource bank associated with events; for example, library of best practices, list of content currently available for alumni programming, communication models, project plan templates, etc.
Curate innovative, thought-provoking content for events that educates, attracts new partners, and engages target audiences.
Develop and implement strategies to elevate the brand profile of New Leaders’ events with key thought leaders, existing customers, and potential customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.

The salary range for new hires in this position is $83,000 – $99,000. Salaries vary based on geographical location. After submitting an application, candidates who move forward in the hiring process are provided with the salary for their geographical location. Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible to participate in the New Leaders Health Benefits and Wellness Program, through which New Leaders offers two robust medical plan options, dental care, vision, and other benefits. New Leaders also offers a 401K plan for eligible employees and generous paid-time-off benefits. Employees may be eligible for merit awards, bonuses, and/or commissions depending on the role, organizational guidelines, and individual performance. New Leaders also has a 4 ½ day work week.

Job Summary
This Office Assistant II will be a roving position, providing backup coverage to all areas of Internal Services to include Mailroom, Print Shop, Facilities Management, Parking, Records Management, and Property and Lease Management. Duties while working in these departments will include extensive customer service over the phone and in person. In addition, there will be work including processing requisitions and invoices, processing work requests, and special projects. This position will be located in the Facilities Department when not helping elsewhere. This position will be the primary contact for the Center for Community Health tenants. The general duties will be customer service including entering work orders; monitoring the Cnty Health General Services email account; ordering keys and access cards, checking keys in and out; processing ID card badges requests, maintaining conference room calendars and keeping staff apprised of upcoming maintenance work. This position will also assist in the Mailroom and Print Shop when those Office Assistant incumbents are on vacation/sick/PTO or need additional support with large jobs. The Oregon Health Authority (OHA), Public Health Division (PHD), HIV, STD, TB(HST) section in Portland, Oregon is recruiting for a CAREAssist Case Worker to provide technical assistance to individuals and /or health professionals that enable persons living with HIV access medical care and treatment resources. This position provides individualized client level care coordination services and other assistance to maintain access to medical care and HIV treatment through the AIDS Drug Assistance Program.
This position is a full-time, permanent, classified position which is represented by a union.
100% in office
NOTE: Work will be conducted on-site with the potential for 1 day per week remote work after trial period has ended. The Portland State Office Building is located at 800 NE Oregon Street, Portland, OR 97232. Work location can be changed at any time at the discretion of the hiring manager.

What will you do? As a CAREAssist Case Worker, you will provide technical assistance to individuals and/or health professionals that enable people living with HIV access to medical care and treatment resources such as program and insurance enrollment, access to medications through our in-network pharmacies and program recertification. You will provide individualized client level care coordination services, determine eligibility and other assistance to maintain access to medical care and HIV treatment through the AIDS Drug Assistance Program. You will advocate for program clients with other benefit programs for which they are eligible. You will participate in program projects and trainings to enhance the program and health of clients. In addition, you will provide feedback and information for improvements to the program’s policies and procedures.

Salary Range: $4,138 - $6,322/ month
What are we looking for?
Special Requirements
Bi-lingual Spanish/English (Speak, read, and write) without use of technology.
Minimum Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to the HIV program that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills.
OR Any combination of experience or education equivalent to three years technical-level experience that typically supports the knowledge and skill requirements listed for the classification.
Requested Skills
Experience and/or training as a case manager or case worker.
Experience in assessing needs, determining program eligibility, and facilitating access to services and benefits through direct service provision or information and referral.
Experience and/or training as a Certified Insurance Application Counselor in Oregon or other experience/training related to public and private health insurance.
Experience and/or training in Medicare, Medicaid, and/or private insurance enrollment and navigation.
Experience working with pharmacies.
Experience working with patients and/or medical providers.
Experience working with vulnerable populations.
Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Experience creating, promoting, welcoming, and maintaining a culturally competent and diverse work environment.
