Duties & Responsibilities
This position reports to the Director of Career Services. This position covers the front desk reception and coordinates special projects. Independent judgment is needed to evaluate customer needs and provide resources that are appropriate.
Front Desk Duties Include:
Additional responsibilities will include, but not limited to filing, basic administrative work. Special Project Coordination Duties Include:
3 years of Administrative experience. Experience working in a customer service role. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word and Excel and on-line calendars.

College degree preferred; previous experience working in an academic environment helpful. Track record of strong customer service; Excellent organizational skills; Ability to work well under pressure and handle details with accuracy; Ability to work well within a high performing team; Ability to take initiative and establish priorities; Knowledge of Microsoft including PowerPoint, and Outlook; Preferred knowledge of Open Scholar Qualtrics, CRM, HCOM or the ability to learn new software.
