Maintain the operational function of facilities, equipment, grounds, and vehicles, with particular attention given to SAFE's Community Shelter program. Manages day to day functions of the Graphics & Printing areas and is responsible for providing printing services to all campuses and departments in the most cost effective and timely manner. Primary role of this position is to provide high quality customer service by reducing project times for artwork/pre-press and re-work costs to ensure customer satisfaction and cost savings to the college. Duties to include work interactively with customers, graphic designers, press operators, copier operators and bindery operators during creative concept phase to assess project requirements, deliverable and to create/implement a project timeline. Supervise designated employees to achieve this goal.

You will be able to work independently with a high volume of work with minimal supervision. Maintains knowledge of procedures necessary to perform and interpret tests and to generate immunohematology test results. Maintain knowledge of procedures necessary to perform production, quarantine and release of blood products. Performs quality control functions and daily equipment maintenance. Maintains Good Manufacturing Practices. Maintains neat and accurate records and a clean and orderly work area. Recognizes and reports discrepant results or conditions to the supervisor. Performs all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures, Safety Quality Identity Potency Purity (SQUIPP), regulations outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and other applicable Federal, state and local regulations. Participates and/or assists in laboratory education and training. May serve as a trainer for new hires. Attends continuing education programs.
