Diagnose and repair a wide variety of gasoline and diesel injection systems and engines; trucks and construction equipment; advanced electrical systems; computer systems and modules using DVOM, scan tools and lab scope; power transmission systems including clutches, standard transmissions, auto transmissions and differential units; front and rear axles, gears, bearings, universal joints and hydraulic units.
Diagnose, repair and maintain vehicle air brakes, hydraulic systems and associated power take-off equipment, steering mechanisms, brakes and other controls; and inspect and replace broken or worn parts.

Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
Must possess or be able to obtain a Commercial Drivers License Class A with air brake and HAZMAT (Hazardous Materials) endorsement and passenger endorsement, within one (1) month of hire.
Experience in welding and fabrication is highly desirable.

We are hiring full-time diesel mechanics! Candidates must be available to work on weekends on a rotating schedule.
Responsibilities:
Respond to light to medium diesel mechanic roadside calls
Drive and maintain the service truck
Work in the shop
Provide professional service to customers
Change starters, alternators, diagnose electrical issues, changing tires on tractor-trailers, etc.
