The communications senior coordinator will support CRCL’s communication and public relations activities. The communications senior coordinator will play a central role in planning and hosting the 2025 State of the Coast conference, the largest gathering of its kind in Louisiana. Secondarily, as a member of the communications team, the coordinator will help create content for and manage the organization’s website and social media; contribute to marketing and development campaigns; help generate digital and print products, including newsletters; and track and analyze data to inform communication activities. The coordinator will also be a member of the communications team of Restore the Mississippi River Delta, a five-organization campaign that includes CRCL. The communications senior coordinator will work closely with the executive director, partner organizations and other staff members in planning and executing the State of the Coast conference, focusing largely on the conference logistics and framework. This conference will be held over three days starting in late May of 2025. The coordinator will work with colleagues, contractors, partners and participants to ensure the conference is useful, engaging, effective and well organized, with communications planning, graphic design, website and app development and overall workflow coordination as the primary focuses.

The Communications Department connects to all other departments within the organization, as well as with the public. The communications senior coordinator should be familiar with Asana and other workflow platforms to coordinate events, graphics, etc. Familiarity with coastal restoration is important. The position will report to the director of communications.
Responsibilities
Coordinate planning of the 2025 State of the Coast conference with event consultants, CRCL staff, Serve Louisiana partners, the Program Committee and others.

Position Overview and Responsibilities
United States of Care (USofCare) seeks an experienced professional to join our virtual team in the newly created position of Executive Office and Events Coordinator. The Executive Office and Events Coordinator will play a unique role in supporting the CEO and Events Department to advance our mission, elevate our people-centered brand, and amplify our impact.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Coordinator will provide executive and administrative support to the CEO (70% of the role), including managing the CEO’s high volume calendar, scheduling requests, and travel. The Coordinator will provide general administrative support, as well as work cross-departmentally to prepare the CEO for internal and external meetings; support the CEO for events and activities; initiate draft proposals, agendas, presentations, and plans from brainstorming and strategic planning sessions. They will assist in prioritizing conflicting needs and responsibilities to help the CEO stay aligned with the organizational strategy; support the Chief of Staff in managing the Board of Directors; and provide other general administrative support as needed to improve the workflow of the Executive Office.

Position Overview and Responsibilities
United States of Care (USofCare) seeks an experienced professional to join our virtual team in the newly created position of Executive Office and Events Coordinator. The Executive Office and Events Coordinator will play a unique role in supporting the CEO and Events Department to advance our mission, elevate our people-centered brand, and amplify our impact.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Coordinator will provide executive and administrative support to the CEO (70% of the role), including managing the CEO’s high volume calendar, scheduling requests, and travel. The Coordinator will provide general administrative support, as well as work cross-departmentally to prepare the CEO for internal and external meetings; support the CEO for events and activities; initiate draft proposals, agendas, presentations, and plans from brainstorming and strategic planning sessions. America Needs You - Illinois was launched in 2015. The Illinois program includes 12 Saturday workshops and several additional transfer support sessions and program events per year. Labor Center Organizing and Training Programs

LCV is hiring two Managing Directors of Development Partnerships who will be responsible for a portfolio of lead and principal level donors in a specific state or region and holds 35-50 visits with donors and prospects annually to raise the budgeted revenue for the assigned portfolio. Each Managing Director role will manage a team of 2-4 Directors of Development Partnerships, each of whom have visit and revenue goals related to their assigned portfolios, plus one Major Gifts support staff who works with the team so that each Managing Director will supervise between 3-5 staff on their team. This position is responsible for developing and implementing high level systems and processes in collaboration with other development managers that will support the Major Gifts Team’s ability to raise more money, more efficiently. The ideal candidate is a highly-skilled communicator, organized, ambitious, goal-driven, excels at managing people, and will be able to apply their expertise to coach and lead their major gifts team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop 2-5 Directors of Development Partnerships and one Major Gifts Associate, Manager, or Coordinator. Ensure the team meets or exceeds their visit and revenue goals.
Lead regular team calls and retreats.
Write persuasive and personalized cases for support, emails, letters and proposals to donors and prospects including in depth descriptions of our programs and role in environmental advocacy, politics, and racial justice and equity. Use these communications as examples of donor engagement and share with the team regularly.
Regularly identify opportunities and lead projects to boost team performance and center LCV’s CLAASI Values (Community, Learning, Anti-Racism, Accountability, Sustainability, Innovation) as an effective trainer, compassionate coach and forward-thinking mentor.
Support direct reports in managing and developing a portfolio of about 120 current, lapsed and prospective donors, deepening relationships in person, over the phone, and in writing. Support and partner with organizational leaders to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward Principal donors.

Qualifications:
Work Experience :

LCV is hiring two Managing Directors of Development Partnerships who will be responsible for a portfolio of lead and principal level donors in a specific state or region and holds 35-50 visits with donors and prospects annually to raise the budgeted revenue for the assigned portfolio. Each Managing Director role will manage a team of 2-4 Directors of Development Partnerships, each of whom have visit and revenue goals related to their assigned portfolios, plus one Major Gifts support staff who works with the team so that each Managing Director will supervise between 3-5 staff on their team. This position is responsible for developing and implementing high level systems and processes in collaboration with other development managers that will support the Major Gifts Team’s ability to raise more money, more efficiently. Responsibilities:
Lead and develop 2-5 Directors of Development Partnerships and one Major Gifts Associate, Manager, or Coordinator. Ensure the team meets or exceeds their visit and revenue goals.
Lead regular team calls and retreats.
Write persuasive and personalized cases for support, emails, letters and proposals to donors and prospects including in depth descriptions of our programs and role in environmental advocacy, politics, and racial justice and equity. Support direct reports in managing and developing a portfolio of about 120 current, lapsed and prospective donors, deepening relationships in person, over the phone, and in writing. Support and partner with organizational leaders to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward Principal donors.
Expand the portfolio of prospective donors to include more women, people of color and young people; broaden our current methods of identifying, cultivating and soliciting donors of color and build the skills and competencies of our team to meet this objective.
Work with staff to educate our current and prospective donors about the racial justice and equity work in which we are engaged, including drafting talking points and practicing for visits.

Position Summary
The Program Operations Manager must possess a passion for and commitment to improving the lives and opportunities of girls in third through eighth grades. The Program Operations Manager is a highly skilled nonprofit professional who is responsible for ensuring successful quality GOTR programming throughout San Diego County, through the lenses of equity, diversity, accessibility, and inclusivity. The Program Operations Manager represents GOTRSD to the public through engagement with our 50+ sites and 1300+ girls per year. Serve as the go-to person for the Knowledge and Learning team's ad-hoc administrative needs
What will you need:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or with substantial professional work to demonstrate the relevance of that experience
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant full time work experience required
Experience in event management and budgeting processes
At least one year of hands-on experience, ideally within an international nonprofit organization
At least one year working with Microsoft suite, database management, cloud- and web-based communications
Advanced Excel skills required
.Spanish/French language skills an asset
US work authorization required for this position
Potential Salary: Salary range is between 57,000 and 64,000 USD. Salary is commensurate with experience and other compensable factors.
