Job Purpose
Institutional Research Data Architect designs systems for and manages complex data to support the data-driven decision-making functions of the institution. This position serves to support the Office of Institutional Research in providing a first-class reporting structure for national and state accountability reporting including IPEDS and SC CHE . The Office of Institutional Research serves a critical function for the College of Charleston in providing data to senior administrators, the College community, and external agencies.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, mathematics/statistics, engineering, management information science, data processing or related field and experience with Tableau, Cognos/Argos, SQL , and/or SAS is required. Experience with data mining, including techniques of data extraction, documentation, analysis, and reporting is required. Experience working in a higher education environment is preferred. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Required:
Experience with Tableau, Cognos/Argos, SQL , and/or SAS . Advanced SAS programming experience is preferred.
Working knowledge and practitioner of methods and techniques of data extraction, documentation, analysis, and reporting.

Knowledge and understanding of the data and information that is important to an academic institution.

Convening and facilitating conversations among educators, students, families and members of the broader school community. Our Senior Associates are nimble facilitators, practiced in the use of protocols to lead conversations about practice, policy, and systems. A substantial part of our work is about bringing people together and ensuring all stakeholders have a voice in the conversation. In this role, you’ll work with school communities to structure and facilitate these important conversations.
Collecting data and reflecting on practice in cycles of learning and improvement. Senior Associates are supported by our Co-Directors of Coaching and our Director of Research and Evaluation in creating work plans for each school contract. You’ll develop credible theories of action, collect appropriate progress monitoring data, and determine how your work contributes to positive outcomes for the schools you coach.
Facilitating workshops and conference sessions. While coaching is the primary focus of this role, we also host and present at conferences throughout the year. Many of these presentations will be a team effort.
Developing and implementing tools for school improvement. Our staff are incredibly talented and creative people who routinely create new processes and resources for use in schools and communities. You’ll work collaboratively to develop tools and resources for use with schools and in workshops. Many of these will also be featured in toolkits on our website.
Learning and reflecting together with colleagues. You will participate in monthly all-staff learning and planning days and monthly coaching retreats for senior associates to learn, plan, and develop new skills and resources. Compensation & Benefits
Each role at Great Schools Partnership is placed in a compensation band with 7 levels. This role sits within band 4. The midpoint of this band is $100,000. Starting salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000. The actual level of the successful candidate (and corresponding salary) will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, and other factors. Great Schools Partnership does not negotiate the offered salary during the offer conversation. Throughout the interview process, we will evaluate your alignment with the compensable factors listed in the job description. From there, we will determine your starting salary on a level within the job band.

Our Coaching Associates work in tandem with our Senior Associates, Project Leads, and Coaching Directors to transform practices, policies, and organizational models to ensure equitable outcomes for all students. This job involves working in close partnership with GSP Senior Associates on projects and school and district contracts to coach educators and leaders virtually and in person. In this role, you’ll be building your skills toward facilitating professional development in organizational design, leadership, teaching and learning, and community engagement, working on teams and in partnership with other GSP coaches and leaders on various contracts, projects, and tools. We view this Coaching Associate role as a stepping stone to a Senior Associate position. Given that, Coaching Associates will engage in additional professional learning opportunities throughout the year to hone their skills.

What’s the big plan for this job?
Our Coaching Associates work in tandem with our Senior Associates, Project Leads, and Coaching Directors to transform practices, policies, and organizational models to ensure equitable outcomes for all students. This job involves working in close partnership with GSP Senior Associates on projects and school and district contracts to coach educators and leaders virtually and in person. In this role, you’ll be building your skills toward facilitating professional development in organizational design, leadership, teaching and learning, and community engagement, working on teams and in partnership with other GSP coaches and leaders on various contracts, projects, and tools. We view this Coaching Associate role as a stepping stone to a Senior Associate position. Given that, Coaching Associates will engage in additional professional learning opportunities throughout the year to hone their skills.
What will I be doing?
On site and virtual school coaching focused on achieving equitable outcomes. The bulk of your days will be assigned to contract work on GSP teams in schools and districts both in New England and across the country. You’ll be working with colleagues to support building and district leaders, leadership teams, staff, and, in some cases, school board and community members to support the development of sustainable plans for improvement. While we do have numerous tools and structures to support our work, each assignment is unique and our coaching is context-based and responsive to the unique needs of our partners.
Supporting schools to implement the following high-leverage approaches: a. Anti-racist, inclusive, and equitable practices, policies, and cultures; b. Proficiency-based teaching and learning; c. Multiple and flexible pathways that promote deep learning as well as student voice and choice; d. Shared, data-informed decision-making amongst educators, students, families, and community members; e. Trusting relationships between and among students, families, and educators; f. Professional learning groups
Convening and facilitating conversations among educators, students, families and members of the broader school community. Our Coaching Associates work alongside Senior Associates to build capacity in the use of protocols to lead conversations about practice, policy, and systems. A substantial part of our work is about bringing people together and ensuring all participants have a voice in the conversation. In this role, you’ll work with school communities and GSP staff to structure and facilitate these important conversations.
Collecting data and reflecting on practice in cycles of learning and improvement. Coaching Associates are supported by our Directors of Coaching and our Director of Research and Evaluation in creating work plans for each school contract. You’ll work with your team to develop credible theories of action, collect appropriate progress monitoring data, and determine how your work contributes to positive outcomes for the schools you coach.
Facilitating workshops and conference sessions. While coaching is the primary focus of this role, we also host and present at conferences throughout the year. Many of these presentations will be a team effort.
Developing and implementing tools for school improvement. Our staff are incredibly talented and creative people who routinely create new processes and resources for use in schools and communities. You’ll work collaboratively to develop tools and resources for use with schools and in workshops. Many of these will also be featured in toolkits on our website.
Learning and reflecting together with colleagues. You will participate in all-staff learning and planning days and coaching retreats for Coaching Associates and Senior Associates to learn, plan, and develop new skills and resources. You will participate in professional learning groups and work as part of a team on many contracts which will provide the opportunity for you to learn from your colleagues and for them to learn from you. In addition, Coaching Associates will engage in a more intensive professional learning program, supported by Coaching Directors, to accelerate skills and knowledge across all areas of GSP coaching.

Position:
Generation Hope seeks a Director of Human Resources & Administration who will serve as the head of Human Resources and a key member of the Leadership Team. They will be responsible for establishing and leading initiatives, systems, and best practices to recruit, develop, and retain a diverse and high-performing workforce with the goal of encouraging innovation, learning, and cross-cultural collaboration. The Director will also define the processes and implement the infrastructure/systems needed to support Generation Hope’s strategic objectives. In addition to being a strategic thought partner to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Director of Human Resources & Administration will be involved in a range of strategic planning and internal initiatives as a member of the Leadership Team and will manage a team of administrative professionals who will plan and coordinate across the organization .
Job Description:
Candidate Recruitment, Hiring, and On-Boarding
Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to ensure a robust and diverse applicant pool for all openings.
Oversee the hiring process to ensure that scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and following up with candidates is implemented efficiently and with professionalism.
Provide onboarding services and orientation to all new staff members and ensure department and program-level orientations are standardized and compelling.
Professional Development and Performance Management
Train, coach, and support managers to navigate evaluation, training, promotion, discipline, termination, and other HR issues.
Collaborate with managers to update job descriptions across the agency and implement a system for regular review and revision of descriptions.
Design and implement an enhanced performance management system for employee evaluation.
Develop internal staff trainings and identify relevant available external trainings.
Benefits/Payroll Administration
Research, implement, and maintain salary scales to standardize salary ranges across the organization and relative to peer organizations.
Negotiate benefits plan renewals to balance quality coverage with expenses for the organization and employees.
Administer all payroll and benefits-related responsibilities and monitor relevant reports to ensure accuracy.
Serve as the staff lead for all 403(b) administration responsibilities (in coordination with our third-party administrator).
Create a comprehensive benefits package for prospective employees and connect existing staff with educational opportunities on current benefits.
General HR Administration and Systems
Understand, interpret, and share relevant laws related to personnel management and ensure all HR processes and actions comply with these laws.
Manage all HRIS systems, to include BambooHR.
Review current HR systems, exploring and ultimately implementing new systems based on organizational needs.
Office Administration
Ensure the Administrative Coordinator is working closely with all third-party vendors, to include the IT helpdesk, technology maintenance, and security system providers.
Support the planning and budgeting process for IT purchases and upgrades.
Develop and maintain DC office security protocols.
Work with the Assistant Director of Growth & Strategy to ensure efficient and secure office procedures are in place at all Generation Hope sites.
Organizational Leadership
Manage the Administrative Coordinator and additionally hired team members including a DEI professional, holding team members accountable for stellar performance and upholding Generation Hope's values.
Create systems for regularly gauging the morale of the Administrative team and plan regular activities, including an annual retreat, that keep the team uplifted. Hold weekly coaching/check-in meetings with direct reports, and develop and implement a system to evaluate the skills, experience, and professional development needs of the Administrative staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to Generation Hope’s mission
Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred, in a related field such as Human Resources or Organizational Psychology.
Minimum 7-10 years of HR Business Partner/Generalist experience across a range of competencies.
At least five years of supervisory experience.
Demonstrated experience leading HR department(s) through strategic and transactional change.
Experience with employee relations.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated initiative in determining new or modifying existing HR policies and procedures and effectively communicating them to staff and Board members.
Demonstrated organizational leadership and decision-making capability collaboratively at a senior management level.

Position Description
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Salesforce and Data Evaluation Director is a critical member of the national operations team and plays a key role in ensuring the effectiveness of our growing organization. The Salesforce and Data Evaluation Director is responsible for leading ANY and its staff in using data to inform the development and implementation of ANY programs and services. The Director will own the collection, analysis, compliance, audit, dissemination and utilization of all ANY data and systems.

Manage external platforms, apps, and projects that interact with ANY’s Salesforce CRM
Transition Salesforce processes to the new solution – Flows, and ensure all automation architecture and functions are updated
Oversee all Salesforce needs for FirstGenU including preparing and completing bulk uploads/edits as well as creating and managing a program dashboard.
Design mockups, test, and implement iterative User Interface (UI) improvements
Research customized and cost-effective solutions using the full Salesforce toolset and collaborate with internal teams as well as external developer to implement
Provide staff training and support; create training materials and training guides for staff
Employ strategies that achieve high data quality by reducing duplicate, incomplete, and orphaned records
Improve the security of the platform with effective access control solutions (roles, permissions, profiles, sharing rules)
Systems/Platforms and Vendor Management:
Develop and deliver regular trainings and testing to ensure ANY’s knowledge is on par with intermediate to advanced level utilization of all systems
Manage all vendor relationships, consultants for systems, and conduct sourcing, system upgrades and proposal development as needed for all existing and new systems
Provide day-to-day administration, user profile creation, license renewals, customization/architecture (adding new fields/formulas), template reports and troubleshooting, and updates for Salesforce, Classy, and all other data collection, evaluation, and survey tools
Recommend new solutions and execute organizational change as needed to utilize new platforms
Research and assess new software to increase organizational efficiency (i.e., collaborate with teams on finding better peer fundraising platform, file sharing system, etc.), manage software licenses/purchases/training (Adobe, iContact, etc.).

As the third-party administrator of the Flexible Housing Pool, the Center for Housing and Health (CHH) is charged with maintaining a portfolio of quality, readily accessible housing for program participants. The Flexible Housing Pool is a multisector investment in housing that aims to expand the number of units available to people in Chicago and Cook County experiencing homelessness.
The Landlord Engagement Manager will work closely with the Senior Program Manager to secure housing units across Cook County, with a focus on the City of Chicago. The manager will be responsible for securing units in varying neighborhoods with a special focus on landlords willing to work with people with justice histories and who have ADA-accessible units. This position will serve as the Center’s liaison to sub-contracted youth partner agencies providing permanent supportive housing and intensive case management. This position will offer direction to intensive case managers and supervisors about the implementation of the project’s policies and procedures and will have shared responsibility for the overall quality of services provided. The position also will be responsible for monitoring the housing stability, income maintenance, and health outcomes of program participants. CHH is a supporting organization of the AIDS Foundation Chicago.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Management & Operations
Collaborate and coordinate with other FHP Managers to ensure a smooth transition from outreach to housing placements for youths enrolled into the program
Assign newly enrolled youths to subcontracted partner agency case managers
Convene and facilitate bi-monthly Systems Integration Team (SIT) meetings where subcontracted partner case management agencies, Hospital Partners, and other integral agencies/organizations will communicate and work collaboratively in meeting tenants’ goals and desired housing and health outcomes
Review and make decisions on tenant move requests
Monitor partner agencies’ Client Assistance Funds utilization
Serve as primary point of contact to project partners to support tenant needs and troubleshoot challenges
Support the partner agencies to ensure youth participants are matched to appropriate housing and service options
Upon hire, onboard new partner agency staff regarding program overview and operations, and the Case Worthy client-level database

The Flexible Housing Pool is a multisector investment in housing that aims to expand the number of units available to people in Chicago and Cook County experiencing homelessness.
The Youth Program Manager will coordinate the Flexible Housing Pool for homeless youth, ages 18-24 who are frequent users of health services, homeless shelters and legal/justice systems. The Landlord Engagement Manager will work closely with the Senior Program Manager to secure housing units across Cook County, with a focus on the City of Chicago. The manager will be responsible for securing units in varying neighborhoods with a special focus on landlords willing to work with people with justice histories and who have ADA-accessible units. The Landlord Engagement Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the largest property owners in the portfolio. The Manager will lead a team of staff who will help develop and maintain the portfolio. This position will primarily support FHP’s adult cohort (24+) but will work collaboratively with other FHP internal teams to meet program goals. The Landlord Engagement Manager will also coordinate with other client-facing FHP staff to ensure program participants experience a seamless and rapid transition to their permanent homes. Build landlord portfolio to meet and exceed the needs of the FHP’s annual housing goals throughout Cook County
Identify and secure a broad range of proper, safe, and affordable housing throughout the city of Chicago
Ensure unit portfolio aligns with racial equity values of CHH and FHP, in particular by having unit options in mobility areas, ADA-accessible units, and units for people with justice backgrounds
Establish new relationships with landlords and property owners
Assist in the development, and ongoing monitoring of customer relationship management database for unit portfolio
Provide subject-matter guidance and mentorship to other department professionals
Provide direct support to the Senior Program Manager with the planning and implementation of program-related projects
Support in ensuring adult cohort outcomes are met
Serve as the primary point of contact to project partners for landlord support, as well as to landlords themselves

As the third-party administrator of the Flexible Housing Pool, the Center for Housing and Health (CHH) is charged with maintaining a portfolio of quality, readily accessible housing for program participants. The Flexible Housing Pool is a multisector investment in housing that aims to expand the number of units available to people in Chicago and Cook County experiencing homelessness.
The Landlord Engagement Manager will work closely with the Senior Program Manager to secure housing units across Cook County, with a focus on the City of Chicago. The manager will be responsible for securing units in varying neighborhoods with a special focus on landlords willing to work with people with justice histories and who have ADA-accessible units. The Landlord Engagement Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the largest property owners in the portfolio. The Manager will lead a team of staff who will help develop and maintain the portfolio. This position will primarily support FHP’s adult cohort (24+) but will work collaboratively with other FHP internal teams to meet program goals. The Landlord Engagement Manager will also coordinate with other client-facing FHP staff to ensure program participants experience a seamless and rapid transition to their permanent homes. CHH is a supporting organization of the AIDS Foundation Chicago.
The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $53,000.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management:
Build landlord portfolio to meet and exceed the needs of the FHP’s annual housing goals throughout Cook County
Identify and secure a broad range of proper, safe, and affordable housing throughout the city of Chicago
Ensure unit portfolio aligns with racial equity values of CHH and FHP, in particular by having unit options in mobility areas, ADA-accessible units, and units for people with justice backgrounds
Establish new relationships with landlords and property owners
Assist in the development, and ongoing monitoring of customer relationship management database for unit portfolio
Provide subject-matter guidance and mentorship to other department professionals
Provide direct support to the Senior Program Manager with the planning and implementation of program-related projects
Support in ensuring adult cohort outcomes are met
Serve as the primary point of contact to project partners for landlord support, as well as to landlords themselves
Collect, review and correct data to ensure accuracy for reports delivered to public and private funders
Collaborate with FHP Managers, Youth Cohort, to standardize policies and procedures across both cohorts, as appropriate
Work in collaboration with the Reentry Manager to units are identified for individuals with unique justice backgrounds
PROJECT COORDINATION
Secure leases and unit agreements
Outreach to and engage landlords to identify housing units
Develop and implement housing inspection process, including housing quality standards
Monitor unit remediation and repair activities prior to move-in
Address any ongoing tenant/client, property, and community issues that arise during the course of FHP operations
On behalf of CHH, enter into a range of leasing agreements (e.g., master leasing, scattered site leasing, subleasing management)
Manage after-hours emergency line for Landlord issues
Intervene with landlords on serious repair or safety issues after tenant move-in
Plan and facilitate landlord engagement and appreciation events
Collaborate with additional Landlord Engagement Team to ensure consistency across processes and messaging and to provide a platform for resource sharing
Support the Program by identifying alternative affordable housing options for tenants
QUALITY ASSURANCE AND DATA MANAGEMENT
Ensure program policies and procedures are implemented and followed by partnering agency staff involved in the program
Support Senior Program Manager with collecting data needed for disbursement and other program reports
Ensure timely data entry in CHH database CaseWorthy personally and within the adult cohort Landlord Engagement team
Create and disseminate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and/or ad hoc reports to the FHP Senior Manager, FHP Director, funders, and partner agencies
Identify training needs for partner providers related to adult-specific needs and implement applicable trainings
Collaborate with the data services, quality management and housing stabilization team to optimize FHP cohesiveness across departments
Support FHP leadership in identifying programmatic areas for growth supported by data; request/promote changes as needed
MEETING AND TRAINING FACILITATION
Attend required conference/s, trainings, and webinars

Attend and participate in monthly Agency meetings (i.e., All Staff Meeting, Housing Department Meeting)
Participate in monthly supervisor Oversight meetings, lead portions of the agenda when applicable

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Social Services or related field
and 1 or more years of Housing or Business/Real Estate experience
OR 3 or more years of Housing or Business/Real Estate experience
1 or more years of supervisory experience
PLUS Valid driver's license and acceptable vehicle insurance
PLUS Reliable vehicle transportation
OR
Master’s Degree Social Services, Healthcare, Public Health, Management and 2 years’ experience in Housing, Homelessness, and/or Healthcare. Or lived experience of homelessness.
Preferred Qualifications
2 or more years of Real Estate experience
1 or more years in Social Services, specifically in Housing and Homelessness
