Job Description

Borger Management, Inc. has an opportunity for a highly motivated professional with experience working as an Assistant Community Manager!

Essential Functions and Responsibilities (other functions may be assigned):

  • Perform weekly and monthly reporting
  • Post rents and take/submit deposits to bank as needed
  • Manage property collections while maintaining minimal delinquency
  • Ensure efficient and courteous response to all resident requests
  • Assist with leasing and retention
  • Assist Community Manager in managing operations of the property
  • Assume responsibilities of Community Manager in his/her absence


  • Previous leasing or administrative property management experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Ability to read a budget and assist with the financial reporting for the property
  • Experience with MRI preferred
  • Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred
