Job Description

PeopleTec is currently seeking an Advanced Financial Analyst to support our Fort Belvoir, VA location.

In this role you'll need technical understanding of Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS), Integrated Master Test Plan (IMTP) and of the System Engineering role in the overall MDA engineering process. Use your problem solving, teamwork, customer relations, leadership, and communication skills across multiple organizations on mission critical projects. Responsibilities will include: Supporting BMDs, IMTP, MDA Engineering, Supporting program/budget planning,  Justification document (R-Document), Paper Development Support, Analysis and tracking for Congressional RFIs/RTCs UFR development, justification, and tracking support, and other assigned tasks.

 

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 15+ years of related work experience
  • Ability to brief senior leadership
  • Excellent Power Point and Word skills
  • Experience with test resource planning, cost estimation, resource mapping and tracking to a given baseline
  • Experience working in database environments (PRIDE experience preferable)
  • Understanding of MDA Systems Engineering process
  • Excellent Communications skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills which include experience with large multiple sheet workbooks, formulas/functions, including business/financial and pivot tables

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

 

Education Requirements:

A completed Bachelor's Degree in Business, Math, Science, or other related degree, and 15 years of experience.  Completed Master's Degree preferred.
