PeopleTec is currently seeking an Advanced Analyst to support the International Engineering contract in Huntsville, AL.
Acquisition Program Integrator. Assist with reviewing the Program integrated master schedule (IMS), program and test schedules, and program and test critical path status. Document the problems and possible solutions in reports. Support the preparation for transition from engineering and manufacturing development phase to production and deployment phase. Assist in maintaining technical baselines. Monitor all technical aspects and make recommendations. Engage in Program status reviews, engineering reviews, and meetings. Participate in Program reviews such as Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), Development Baseline Reviews (DBRs), Director's Program Reviews (DPRs), and Program Element Reviews (PERs). Prepare executive-level technical briefings for these reviews. Participate in Industry Monthly Status Meetings (IMSMs) and IMDO weekly status meetings. Prepare executive summaries of each meeting. Prepare monthly schedule/critical path analysis reports. Help prepare the following products: IBR Briefing; DBR Briefing; DPR Briefing; PER Briefing; Executive Summary; Weekly Status Meeting Executive Summary; Program Schedule and Critical Path Analysis Report. Prepare Knowledge Point (KP) lists and Technical Performance Measure (TPM) lists to support the reviews, including compliance reports. Review KP execution plans. Assist with technical information for U.S. external reporting, such as Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD), Congressional, and services. Prepare technical point papers and information briefs. Track system requirements within both Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements System (DOORs) and the Configuration Control Board (CCB) process.
A completed Master's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Physics and 10 years of related work experience, OR a completed Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Physics and 15 years of related work experience.
