We are currently seeking an experienced Product and Marketing Analyst to work out of our Fairfield, NJ, Office.

Job Summary

Primarily responsible for developing and maintaining product and channel segment results reporting. The Product and Marketing Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales and revenue-related data in an on-going effort to increase overall product, marketing, and channel productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as main point of contact to Product and Marketing Management teams for standardized and custom reports related to PHSS (Preparedness, Health and Safety Services) training and retail products, and client re-certification analyses.
  • Conducts standardized and custom client segmentation analyses to better understand product performance in the market
  • Reconciles and prepares data for further analyses
  • Supports greater Financial Planning and Analysis team to assure that all performance metrics used to benchmark results are accurately tracked and reported.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Sales, Marketing, or Operations Management.
  • In addition, requires a minimum of 5 to 7 years
  • Ability to build and maintain complex models and databases that perform analysis, organize data and create reports from various sources.
  • Knowledge of relational databases such as Microsoft Access (SQL a plus)
  • Expert knowledge of Excel (vlookups and pivot tables/charts), Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to capture and document business and reporting requirements from multiple sources.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous data analysis requests of varying size and scope.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent group presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel 10-20%.
