COMPANY SUMMARY: Critical Signal Technologies (CST) provides 7/24-hour monitoring for clients/patients who utilize various Telehealth products and services including but not limited to Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS), Medication Dispensers and Blood Pressure Cuffs, Weight Scales and other vital signs monitoring equipment. We serve both the elderly and individuals managing a chronic illness and disease. Team members must understand that to be a member of one of the most innovative and leading Telehealth and medical monitoring teams you must first and foremost be willing to not only understand our mission but professionally and emotionally be committed to it at all times.

POSITION SUMMARY: CST is currently seeking full time professionals to provide high quality customer care through problem resolution and effective troubleshooting of our customers’ life saving devices. Team members in our Customer Service Department are responsible for outbound calls as well as answering inbound telephone inquiries from our partners, customers, emergency personnel, case managers, and those who care for our seniors. Ensuring our customers inquiries are answered accurately, timely, and with the utmost patient empathy and quality are critical components of our Care Center.   • Bi-lingual in Spanish/English
