Our Membership Associates are first to interact with existing and potential museum members. They play an important role in providing an excellent customer service experience.
Associates will be performing a variety of tasks, including: selling memberships, entering membership applications, answering general membership questions, providing information about The Ringling and its programs, and assisting with data entry/gift processing as needed.
High school diploma/equivalent.
Previous cash handling experience.
Candidates must be able to proactively provide excellent customer service to include interacting with members or potential members over the phone and in person.
Ability to work with the computer membership system.
Strong attention to detail and ability to enter data with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to stand for up to one hour and lift up to 25 lbs.
Note: A work sample will be administered during the interview process.
Experience with Blackbaud CRM and/or Tessitura.

This is an OPS/part-time Job.
Part-time, approximately 24 hours per week. Flexible hours. Weekends, evenings, and holidays may be required.
This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check, to include fingerprinting. The background check will be conducted as authorized and in accordance with University Policy 4-OP-C-7-B11.
