To support our mission, we seek a Coastal Resilience Program Manager to join our Mid-Atlantic Regional Center in Annapolis, Maryland.
The Coastal Resilience Program Manager will work to advance the practical application of natural and nature-based infrastructure to help protect wildlife, natural systems, ecosystem services and human communities from coastal impacts that are being exacerbated by climate change. The Manager is part of a national team at NWF focused on addressing the impacts of climate change and will work on projects of regional and national significance.

There will be regional travel required in this role, approximately 15% of the time.
Salary is commensurate with experience, in the range of $65,000 - $70,000. The National Wildlife Federation offers excellent benefits, including 16 weeks of paid FMLA leave, competitive compensation, and a family-friendly, flexible work environment.
