Bachelor’s degree OR a combination of education and work experience (four to eight years of work experience in a related field) required

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior/Lead Product Designer who is passionate about designing products that improve health outcomes for patients. You’ll join a dedicated team that collaborates closely with product, engineering, and science to imagine, develop, and validate digital therapeutics that address specific health conditions. You’ll play an integral part in the entire product development cycle, from research and ideation, through delivery and iteration, driving the design vision of the patient experience. This position is based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. We have a hybrid working model that consists of at least 3 days in office each week.
Responsibilities:
You’ll lead the design of products throughout the entire lifecycle, and collaborate closely with other Designers, Scientists, Engineers, and Product Managers to establish the product vision.
You will act as the patient advocate on cross-functional teams, ensuring that we create exceptional experiences that delivers on our promise to “place patients and their loved ones at the center of what you do”.
You take full ownership your work and obsess over details but know when to focus on working at a concept level to test and learn.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is between: $125,000 - $200,000. The final base salary will be dependent upon skills, experience and location. In addition to the base salary, Click Therapeutics offers an annual performance-based cash bonus and a generous equity package.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior/Lead Product Designer who is passionate about designing products that improve health outcomes for patients. You’ll join a dedicated team that collaborates closely with product, engineering, and science to imagine, develop, and validate digital therapeutics that address specific health conditions. You’ll play an integral part in the entire product development cycle, from research and ideation, through delivery and iteration, driving the design vision of the patient experience. You’ll bring a strong mix of design-thinking methodology, rigorous human-centered design perspective, and UX design expertise to the team.

Responsibilities:
You’ll lead the design of products throughout the entire lifecycle, and collaborate closely with other Designers, Scientists, Engineers, and Product Managers to establish the product vision.
You will act as the patient advocate on cross-functional teams, ensuring that we create exceptional experiences that delivers on our promise to “place patients and their loved ones at the center of what you do”.
You take full ownership your work and obsess over details but know when to focus on working at a concept level to test and learn.

You work within a cross-functional team to validate both low and hi-fidelity prototypes using feedback from internal and external stakeholders.

You are proficient at using Figma (or Sketch) and Adobe XD as a primary design tools.
You are experienced working in a scaled agile/scrum design and development process, and able to connect with teams from both creative and technical backgrounds.
You can systematically convert design principles into an evolved visual language, and a refined suite of repeatable components.
You collaborate with and mentor other designers by leading projects, sharing your work, and providing feedback to others.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a product designer.
Experience designing and developing consumer-facing mobile applications, delivering production-level design assets to development teams.
Ability to think and design holistically to create a cohesive product experience.
Strong conceptual, visual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong desire to drive continuous improvement to processes and workflows.
Proficiency in design tools, such as Sketch, Abstract, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience working with the Agile Scrum development methodology.

Compensation:

The DTx (Digital Therapeutic) Quality Engineer has a key role in the development of Click’s Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) products. This position will report to the Associate Athletics Director for Creative Services and serve as the department’s lead shooter and editor for Wyoming Football and other sports to be determined later.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Successfully act independently or as part of a production team
Create engaging video content for Wyoming Athletics social media accounts and in-venue video displays
Produce exciting pumper/hype videos and recruiting content for various mediums, including video boards, social media, department website and television

This position will report to the Associate Athletics Director for Creative Services and serve as the department’s lead shooter and editor for Wyoming Football and other sports to be determined later.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Successfully act independently or as part of a production team
Create engaging video content for Wyoming Athletics social media accounts and in-venue video displays
Produce exciting pumper/hype videos and recruiting content for various mediums, including video boards, social media, department website and television
Work with Wyoming Athletics teams and programs to tell the story of our student athletes through various mediums, including (but not limited to): social media content, features and in-depth interviews
Participate in weekly content development meetings with Social Media, Marketing/Branding, Graphic Design & Communications departments (Content Strategy Team)
Remain current with emerging trends in video production with the intent to apply them to Wyoming Athletics video production projects
Collaborate with the Content Strategy Team to develop new strategies/ideas to put UW Athletics on the forefront of college athletics video production
Collaborate with the Content Strategy Team to create engaging content for in-venue displays
Collaborate with Content Strategy Team to create and post content on a regular basis
Assist in training/supervision of Student Workers
Assist in archiving video footage of all UW sports
Occasionally take part in live game-day productions (both in-venue video board shows and streamed broadcasts)
Maintains thorough knowledge of and adheres to all applicable University, Mountain West Conference and NCAA rules and regulations

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
A minimum of 1 year of video production experience within collegiate or professional athletics
Experience with non-linear editing system (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid, ETC)
Camera experience required (sports camera experience highly preferred)
Valid Driver’s license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) that is compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy.
