Job Description

Productiv Inc. is searching for a Bilingual Recruiter Assistant to help our onsite program for a Contract Manufacturer of Health and Beauty Products. You will be working directly with the Lead HR Recruiter to ensure staffing needs are met. Candidate must be flexible with schedule and be prepared to work hours as required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support related to personnel and recruiting activities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the Lead HR Recruiter to determine staffing needs
  • Assist with job postings for vacant positions
  • Screen and select candidate's resumes for consideration
  • Respond to inquiries from applicants via e-mail, telephone or mail
  • Employment verifications
  • New Hire Orientations
  • Ensure new employees have filled out all the proper onboarding paperwork prior to starting
  • Through a "Make it happen" mindset, assist HR Recruiter in ensuring staffing needs are met daily
  • Daily attendance tracking


  • Attention to detail
  • Recruiting (6 months to 1 year)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS applications
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Must be able to speak Spanish
  • Must be comfortable working in an office onsite in a warehouse envrionment
