Expected Hours of Work: You are expected to work 7.50 hours per day, Monday through Friday, within our normal business hours: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. However, because of the nature of our business your work schedule may vary depending on client needs.
Cheiron, Inc., an actuarial firm with approximately 100 employees and eight office locations nationwide, has an immediate opening for an Actuarial Analyst at its headquarters in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Position Summary: Cheiron seeks an actuarial analyst with 0 to 2 years actuarial experience working with pension and/or health plans and a basic knowledge of the actuarial valuation process associated with these plans. Knowledge of ProVal is a plus. Essential Job Functions and Additional Duties are listed below. On the job training will be provided.

Travel: This position may be required to travel to client meetings and internal Cheiron meetings. Frequency of travel may vary based upon client assignments.
