Compensation Information
The new hire base pay for this role has a salary range of $131,000 to $184,000. The new hire base pay for this role has a salary range of $131,000 to $184,000. About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior/Lead Product Designer who is passionate about designing products that improve health outcomes for patients. You’ll join a dedicated team that collaborates closely with product, engineering, and science to imagine, develop, and validate digital therapeutics that address specific health conditions. You’ll play an integral part in the entire product development cycle, from research and ideation, through delivery and iteration, driving the design vision of the patient experience. Keeping Washington Clean and Evergreen The Office of the Columbia River within the Department of Ecology is looking to fill Ecology's Liaison to USBR-YRBWEP (Environmental Specialist 5) position. The YRBWEP Lead is responsible for facilitating cooperation and communication between the two agencies and represents the state's interests in the implementation of the 1994 and 2019 YRBWEP federal legislation. This position is responsible for informing Ecology Program Management on emerging issues and problems, new strategy approaches, policy development or law changes needed and enforcement/compliance issues related to the YRBWEP. This position has the unique opportunity to work with both state and federal project management teams made up of highly skilled professionals. As well as routinely update Yakima River Parker and Prosser federal target flow accounting. Duties
What makes this role challenging: This position works independently, under administrative direction of the OCR Financial and Project Section Manager. As the agency expert, you will serve as the liaison between the Reclamation and Washington State Department of Ecology on issues relating to the Yakima Basin. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple federal, state and local agencies, building partnerships to reach common goals that impact the environment where we live and recreate. You will be part of a highly effective and technically advanced team of project managers with OCR, in addition to the project management team that makes up the Reclamation’s YRBWEP team. What you will do:
Serve as the agency expert and OCR's lead member of the YRBWEP team's water and land acquisition team, which is authorized to acquire water and land to provide immediate instream flow increases in the Yakima Basin to benefit fish and wildlife.
Provide water rights research, assessment information, water law advice and interpretation of Washington water code. Analyzes and creates trust water rights, writes reviews, and edits contracts for water leases and purchases. Meets and negotiates with the public and with staff from various agencies to find and acquire water rights, and drafts and files appropriate petitions and proposed orders with the Yakima Adjudication Court and/or water right change applications to Ecology to transfer water rights from out-of-stream to instream uses.
Act as liaison and resource between the Reclamation and OCR and the Water Resources Program on matters related to YRBWEP. Manages flow tracking at the Parker and Prosser gages, as well as interaction with committee and workgroups related to YRBWEP and the Yakima Basin Integrated Plan (YBIP). Assists in the development of policy and guidance relative to the YRBWEP goals. Communicates with Ecology experts, including Water Resources Section Manager, OCR Program Director, OCR Operations Manager, irrigation district personnel and various engineers and hydrogeologists as needed to meet project commitments.
Review and solicits input on issues such as fish passage, water conservation, fish habitat development, structural/operational changes, surface water storage, groundwater storage and water banks/markets. Provides progress reports to Ecology management on YRBWEP progress and implementation.
Provide staff support to the YRBWEP workgroup, including representing the state's interest and providing advice and guidance. Is responsible for drafting, editing, and providing comments and recommendations to the YRBWEP team for development of the Basin Conservation Plan and implementation of the Basin Conservation Program (Water Conservation Grant Program). Assists Ecology and Reclamation to track conservation quantities for all YRBWEP water supplies.
Serve as Ecology's senior staff representative on state environmental policy and water law including the State Trust Water Right Program for the Yakima Basin, water right transfers, and water rights adjudication.
Provide interpretation of state laws and programs relevant to the implementation of the YRBWEP. Responsible for evaluating, commenting and providing recommendations on papers and reports prepared by Reclamation and others related to the YRBWEP. Serves as Ecology's senior staff representative on various committees, work groups, and interdisciplinary teams including Water Transfer Workgroup, YRBWEP and the Yakima Basin Integrated Plan.
Qualifications
Years of required experience indicated below are full-time equivalent years. Full-time equivalent experience means that any experience where working hours were less than 40 hours per week will be prorated in order to meet the equivalency of full-time. We would calculate this by looking at the total hours worked per week, divide this by 40, and then multiply by the total number of months worked. Examples of the proration calculations are:
30 hours worked per week for 20 months: (30/40) x 20 months = 15 months full-time equivalent
20 hours worked per week for 12 months: (20/40) x 12 months = 6 months full-time equivalent

Duties
What makes this role challenging: This position works independently, under administrative direction of the OCR Financial and Project Section Manager. As the agency expert, you will serve as the liaison between the Reclamation and Washington State Department of Ecology on issues relating to the Yakima Basin. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple federal, state and local agencies, building partnerships to reach common goals that impact the environment where we live and recreate. You will be part of a highly effective and technically advanced team of project managers with OCR, in addition to the project management team that makes up the Reclamation’s YRBWEP team. What you will do:
Serve as the agency expert and OCR's lead member of the YRBWEP team's water and land acquisition team, which is authorized to acquire water and land to provide immediate instream flow increases in the Yakima Basin to benefit fish and wildlife.
Provide water rights research, assessment information, water law advice and interpretation of Washington water code. Analyzes and creates trust water rights, writes reviews, and edits contracts for water leases and purchases. Meets and negotiates with the public and with staff from various agencies to find and acquire water rights, and drafts and files appropriate petitions and proposed orders with the Yakima Adjudication Court and/or water right change applications to Ecology to transfer water rights from out-of-stream to instream uses.
Act as liaison and resource between the Reclamation and OCR and the Water Resources Program on matters related to YRBWEP. Manages flow tracking at the Parker and Prosser gages, as well as interaction with committee and workgroups related to YRBWEP and the Yakima Basin Integrated Plan (YBIP). Assists in the development of policy and guidance relative to the YRBWEP goals. Communicates with Ecology experts, including Water Resources Section Manager, OCR Program Director, OCR Operations Manager, irrigation district personnel and various engineers and hydrogeologists as needed to meet project commitments.
Review and solicits input on issues such as fish passage, water conservation, fish habitat development, structural/operational changes, surface water storage, groundwater storage and water banks/markets. Provides progress reports to Ecology management on YRBWEP progress and implementation.
Provide staff support to the YRBWEP workgroup, including representing the state's interest and providing advice and guidance. Is responsible for drafting, editing, and providing comments and recommendations to the YRBWEP team for development of the Basin Conservation Plan and implementation of the Basin Conservation Program (Water Conservation Grant Program). Assists Ecology and Reclamation to track conservation quantities for all YRBWEP water supplies.
Serve as Ecology's senior staff representative on state environmental policy and water law including the State Trust Water Right Program for the Yakima Basin, water right transfers, and water rights adjudication.
Provide interpretation of state laws and programs relevant to the implementation of the YRBWEP. Responsible for evaluating, commenting and providing recommendations on papers and reports prepared by Reclamation and others related to the YRBWEP. Serves as Ecology's senior staff representative on various committees, work groups, and interdisciplinary teams including Water Transfer Workgroup, YRBWEP and the Yakima Basin Integrated Plan.
Qualifications
Years of required experience indicated below are full-time equivalent years. Full-time equivalent experience means that any experience where working hours were less than 40 hours per week will be prorated in order to meet the equivalency of full-time. About the Role:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the execution of Click’s business development strategy. Business development plays a critical role in the strategic growth of Click by leading partnering initiatives and executing various types of transactions to shape our pipeline and enable our programs to reach patients. About the Role:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the execution of Click’s business development strategy. Business development plays a critical role in the strategic growth of Click by leading partnering initiatives and executing various types of transactions to shape our pipeline and enable our programs to reach patients. The Senior Manager or Associate Director will establish and drive a portfolio of partnering opportunities and collaborate with functional area leaders internally to drive deals to execution. What you will do!
You will enhance, maintain, and optimize sophisticated software supporting the mission of the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS). You will work with a team of software engineers to support the maintenance, operations, infrastructure, performance, and security needs of the ODHS service and claims management system.
You will provide high quality expertise to research, analyze, design, develop, integrate, test, and implement various requested changes including infrastructure, bug fixes, performance optimizations, and security enhancements.

The Environmental Assessment Program (EAP) within the Department of Ecology is looking to fill a Hydrogeologist 4 position. This position is located in our Central Region Office (CRO) in Union Gap, WA. Upon hire, you must live within a commutable distance from the duty station.
In this role, you will plan, develop, direct, conduct and/or oversee hydrological/hydrogeological projects or investigations for surface water and/or groundwater investigations as well as supervise a technical group. You will be responsible for developing and implementing scientifically credible, well-coordinated Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL), surface water quantity and quality studies designed to meet multiple agency objectives involving the management and regulation of Eastern Washington freshwater resources. Duties
What makes this role unique and challenging?
You will serve as the senior hydrogeologist and project manager in the design and management of Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) water quality studies to identify and evaluate the fate and transport of point- and nonpoint-source pollution within the state, including complex river and lake systems, and complex groundwater/surface water interactions as well as supervises a technical group. You will manage and direct the Central Regional Office Unit staff, which conducts Surface water, Groundwater, Stream Biological Habitat Assessment, and Effectiveness Monitoring studies in support of the agency’s water cleanup efforts.
What you will do:
Plan, organize, conduct, and direct multiple major hydrologic and water quality field investigations evaluating the effects of point and non-point pollution sources on water quality in waters of the State. The investigations require an understanding and assessment of the hydrology, hydrogeology, water quality, and primary productivity of aquatic systems.
Serve as project manager of large, complex projects, set project objectives and plan/oversee the work of the project team, including other senior and junior staff, to reach the objectives on time and on budget. The project team typically collects and analyzes data on streamflow, water quality and other waterbody conditions. Trains project staff on the appropriate technical methods.
Research and select mathematical water quality and hydrologic models appropriate for the project objectives.
Analyze data by applying advanced statistical, water quality and hydrologic/hydrogeologic modeling techniques, and formulate and justify conclusions and recommendations.
Report status and results of water quality, hydrologic, hydrogeologic, and other studies and analyses to management, staff, public, and stakeholders in TMDL studies.
Direct and prepare publication of technical reports and present results to scientific audiences (e.g., conferences, universities, technical advisory groups). Draft reports are typically reviewed by external experts.
Defend scientific conclusions in legal setting if the report's conclusions are challenged on their technical merit.
Train other staff in surface water and hydrogeologic research and investigative techniques.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Option 1: A Bachelor’s degree involving a major study in hydrogeology, hydrology, geology, environmental, physical, or one of the natural sciences, or closely allied field AND Five years of professional experience as a hydrogeologist, hydrologist, geologist, or closely allied profession.
Option 2: A Master’s degree with a major study in hydrogeology, hydrology, geology, environmental, physical, or one of the natural sciences, or closely allied field AND Three years of professional experience as a hydrogeologist, hydrologist, geologist, or closely allied profession.

Durham: $92,000-$115,000
