PLAN & STRATEGY: The IMSC must develop a detailed plan to encourage the growth of new business and while also maintaining and growing existing business relationships. REVENUE & CONTRIBUTION: To meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals. To develop annual plans based on existing and new opportunities, bottom-up account analysis, industry trends, competitive landscape and growth potential (updated on a Quarterly basis).
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY CONTROL: The IMSC is responsible for developing and maintaining a direct-to-client communication channel. This position assumes that a detailed plan to call, visit or contact customers to survey client needs, satisfaction and new product development initiatives. Uses interpersonal skills to selling commercial airtime, digital media, event sponsorships, and/or customized marketing campaigns designed to achieve the client’s objectives.

Position Overview
America Votes is seeking a dynamic, collaborative leader with a history of successfully executing issue and electoral campaign programs as well as deep experience building strong partnerships and coalitions to serve as Colorado State Director.
The State Director is responsible for leading and supporting local, state, and national America Votes partner organizations, developing the strategy to advance coalition-wide priorities, and to manage the execution of coordinated direct voter contact plans in Colorado.
The State Director will grow the state coalition and coordinate strategies between state and national partners to maximize the priorities, resources, and effectiveness of all partners.
The State Director will take a strategic, collaborative, and flexible approach to coalition management, planning and decision making and can lead through periods of political transition and membership expansion. The State Director will recognize and capitalize on immediate political opportunities while also staying focused on long-term strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Campaign Strategy: Work with America Votes partner organizations and stakeholders to design efficient and effective statewide and ballot-level electoral and voter education plans based on short and long-term priorities. Coalition Leadership & Management: Convene individual coalition partners and the collective table on a regular basis and facilitate discussions, decision making, and other critical work. Assist local organizations in identifying resources to build capacity and improve performance, shared strategy, and organization-specific campaign plans. Implement systems for ongoing evaluation of effectiveness of strategies. Work directly with national staff and partners to ensure smooth communication with state operations. Explore strategic opportunities to expand collaborations with stakeholders. Facilitate a collaborative and productive state coalition environment that advances racial equity goals. Ensure the security, development, and appropriate usage of the state coalition voter file.
Equity and Inclusion : Lead the coalition in approaching campaign, electoral, and coalition work through a lens of racial equity. Model principles of equity, diversity and inclusion internally and externally. Be culturally competent and support work to build power with BIPOC-led and focused partners.
Advance Election Modernization: Support or develop ongoing programs and legislative advocacy related to election modernization in collaboration with voting rights organizations and advocates.

Key Qualifications
Required
7+ years of electoral and advocacy campaign experience. At least two cycles in leadership for statewide campaign operations and management of campaign staff.

The Director will analyze and track data to ensure alignment of content, optimize processes, understand patterns, and make better decisions for our alumni. Alumni Relations
Create ongoing and regular opportunities for community building and support between and among New Leaders and alumni, including the development of both formal and informal supports, to meet leaders where they are and are most likely to seek connection, resources, and development.
Represent the organization at various community and/or organizational meetings, committees, third-party events and conferences, and task forces to promote new and existing programs, policies, and impact data.
Facilitate ongoing professional learning and coaching sessions – including point-in-time learning, series-based workshops, seminars, leadership coaching, and lectures – designed to help educational leaders actively learn how to best address challenges and implement solutions and learn from leaders in the field.
Design and institute a process to match alumni with local mentors to provide support, networking, and guidance around career trajectories.
To increase brand awareness, create and execute the content strategy and vision for the alumni newsletter to improve overall customer perception and satisfaction with New Leaders.
Institute a cadence of regular communication to alumni to encourage participation in upcoming events, highlight opportunities, provide certifications updates and requirements, share new products and services, and celebrate successes within the Alumni community.
Manage content updates, communications and engagement across the alumni network hub, website pages, and social media pages, developing and/or culling those materials as needed.
To increase brand awareness, elevate stories of impact from the alumni audience, identifying specific alum, schools, and school systems that can serve as exemplars of our programming, and working alongside External Relations teammates to identify appropriate distribution channels for impact stories (external and internal conferences, webinars, blogs, case studies).

Alumni Relations
Create ongoing and regular opportunities for community building and support between and among New Leaders and alumni, including the development of both formal and informal supports, to meet leaders where they are and are most likely to seek connection, resources, and development.
Represent the organization at various community and/or organizational meetings, committees, third-party events and conferences, and task forces to promote new and existing programs, policies, and impact data.
Facilitate ongoing professional learning and coaching sessions – including point-in-time learning, series-based workshops, seminars, leadership coaching, and lectures – designed to help educational leaders actively learn how to best address challenges and implement solutions and learn from leaders in the field.
Design and institute a process to match alumni with local mentors to provide support, networking, and guidance around career trajectories.
To increase brand awareness, create and execute the content strategy and vision for the alumni newsletter to improve overall customer perception and satisfaction with New Leaders.
Institute a cadence of regular communication to alumni to encourage participation in upcoming events, highlight opportunities, provide certifications updates and requirements, share new products and services, and celebrate successes within the Alumni community.

Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

Qualifications :
