The Job
We are seeking an Individual Giving Manager with 3-5 years of experience in a smiliar role to take the lead on defining and executing the Tor Project's strategic approach to acquisition, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of Tor donors who give less than $1,000 annually. This role reports to the Director of Fundraising and collaborates with the Fundraising Coordinator.
The Tor Project's approach to fundraising doesn't use privacy-invading tactics. We don't track whether or not donors have clicked on an email, a link, or a button; we don't buy or sell donor lists; we don't use invasive wealth assessment tools; and we aim to minimize the amount of information we collect during the donation process. The Individual Giving Manager must be able to prioritize donor privacy when conducting their duties and responsibilities.
Duties & responsibilities
Take ownership of the Tor Project's annual and monthly giving strategies with the primary goal of increasing small-dollar donor retention
Design and implement structures, processes, and policies required to execute these strategies
Create and maintain high-quality documentation about these structures, processes, and policies
Optimize Tor's open source, privacy-first CRM (CiviCRM) to build donor engagement using thoughtful automation and drip messaging
Collaborate with cross-team stakeholders to design and execute time-bound campaigns, including Tor's annual year-end fundraising campaign
Monitor and analyze progress towards goals and use this analysis to present suggestions for improvement
Contribute to short and long-term fundraising team planning and evaluation of strategic efforts
Represent the Tor Project in-person, at virtual events, and with a variety of external stakeholders
Support Director of Fundraising and Executive Director in donor relationship management
Collaborate closely with Fundraising Coordinator to facilitate timely gift acknowledgements and accurate reporting

Capacity to self-start, self-motivate, and remain persistent
Proven track record of setting and achieving nonprofit revenue targets
Experience with CRMs and email automation software
Experience writing content for email and social media campaigns and adapting messaging for different audiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships both on and offline
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use campaign performance data to inform fundraising strategy
At ease learning new technology and resilient in the face of technical roadblocks
Deeply committed to building a fundraising practice that prioritizes donor privacy
Ability to travel to in-person events (10% travel)
Preferred qualifications
Experience working remotely with a globally distributed team
Experience translating highly technical material into easy, approachable language
Mastery of CRMs and email automation software
Experience fundraising in an online-first or online-only environment
This is a full-time, remote position. Salary for this position will range from $77,000 - $85,000 USD (based on candidate experience) and there is voluntary opt-in salary transparency for employees and contractors. The organization is currently experimenting with a four day workweek.

Assure grounds and facilities are aesthetically, safely, and environmentally maintained. Serve as the onsite Ranger for all Girl Scout members and external customers and provides an exceptional level of customer service. Manage onsite security for property, events, and activities. Partner with the Camp Director and take an active role in programming for attendees. Must reside in onsite ranger's residence on Council property and provide emergency coverage.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary negotiable based on experience. The hiring range is $37,000 to $45,000 annually in addition to housing and utilities (valued at $3,000 per month). A private 2-bedroom house on camp property is provided, along with the use of a camp vehicle for transportation, snowmobile and ATV.
Workload varies by season and includes evening and weekend hours required to meet emergencies or program needs. Peak season is June-September.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CAMP RANGER:
Education, Experience, & Certifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Certification/license from a technical/trade school in a related field preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years' work experience in maintenance, construction, or related field. Prior work experience in property maintenance preferably for non-profit youth or other large organizations.
MUST pass and maintain Rural Water Operator Level 1 certification.
Obtain/maintain First Aid & CPR Certifications or the equivalent.
Must complete Youth Protection Training within first week of employment.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent, effective English language abilities, both oral and written.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to operate small and heavy equipment (power tools, tractor, mower, chainsaw, etc.)
Demonstrated knowledge of general maintenance skills: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, construction, grounds maintenance, tree removal, etc.
Knowledge of health and safety standards and laws, building codes, and other federal, state, and local regulations regarding camp and outdoor properties.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
In this dynamic role, the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will be not only responsible for achieving revenue targets but will also take a holistic approach to the growth of the organization, going beyond traditional fundraising. How and at what point individual and team performance will be measured
With a primary focus on delivering the growth plan aligned with our Destination 2030 vision which includes growing revenue to $75M annually, increasing awareness of the urgency of the global water crisis and Water For People’s role, and leveraging organizational priorities to drive impact, the CGO will lead in five priority growth areas: More dollars, more donors, more engagement, more awareness, and more intentionality. The CGO will be responsible for implementing and adapting Water For People’s global growth strategy.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Form strong partnerships with Co-CEOs, Chief Finance and Administration Officer (CFAO), Chief Impact Officer (CIO), Senior Director of Finance (SDF), and Regional Directors to develop multi-year organizational fundraising priorities, revenue targets and projections, effective engagement plans for high-level current and potential supporters and the media, and accurate and timely updates to the Board.
Work with the Donor Impact team and the Global Leadership Team (GLT) to execute the current growth plan aligned with the strategic plan tied with Destination 2030 and with the One For All Alliance; key emphasis will be on growing the number of new prospects/donors and strengthening the portfolio in the long-term into a greater number of key donors/funders.
Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the organization's revenue-generating activities and external relations including brand and communications.
Lead analysis of fundraising strategies and approaches to align with current market trends while staying flexible and innovative.
Work closely with the CFAO & SDF on the revenue budget process, including budget formation, evaluating risk, generating reports and creating revenue budget for two-year revenue plans.
Support on the identification of funding opportunities that match the organization’s strategy and priorities, including high wealth individuals, corporations, and/or private foundation and/or institutional funding, and as requested, support in the engagement of current donors across all funding levels to promote long-term funding relationships.
Lead the Donor Impact team in establishing a strong culture, a people-first mentality that focuses on staff retention and growth, and work with the members of the Donor Impact team on meeting their individual and team annual goals and targets.
Partner with Regional Directors in LATAM, Africa, and India, build capacity of regional teams to grow and attract potential in-country fundraising. Oversee the development and implementation of policies and systems that support growth.
Keep abreast of developments in marketing, communications, philanthropy and fund development, and share and inform GLT, Board, and Donor Impact
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, maintain accountability standards to donors, and follow code of ethical principles and standards of professional conduct for fundraising executives.
Serve as GLT representative on the Board Development Committee, bringing practical insight and best-practice strategy to the work of the Board in the realm of revenue generation; support and partner with the Board around elevating the organization on the driving focus areas of more dollars, more donors, more engagement, more awareness, and more intentionality.

Form strong partnerships with Co-CEOs, Chief Finance and Administration Officer (CFAO), Chief Impact Officer (CIO), Senior Director of Finance (SDF), and Regional Directors to develop multi-year organizational fundraising priorities, revenue targets and projections, effective engagement plans for high-level current and potential supporters and the media, and accurate and timely updates to the Board.
Work with the Donor Impact team and the Global Leadership Team (GLT) to execute the current growth plan aligned with the strategic plan tied with Destination 2030 and with the One For All Alliance; key emphasis will be on growing the number of new prospects/donors and strengthening the portfolio in the long-term into a greater number of key donors/funders.
Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the organization's revenue-generating activities and external relations including brand and communications.
Lead analysis of fundraising strategies and approaches to align with current market trends while staying flexible and innovative.
Work closely with the CFAO & SDF on the revenue budget process, including budget formation, evaluating risk, generating reports and creating revenue budget for two-year revenue plans.

THE NOVEL SERIES is a 10-session theatre and literary arts curriculum designed to allow students to explore literature and the artistry of bringing text to life. ACTIVATE is Writers Theatre's wraparound residency designed to deepen students' engagement with the art on our stages. ACTIVATE is designed to prepare for and extend students’ experiences at the theatre through participatory workshops. These pre- and post- workshops investigate contextual information and the major themes in the play working with Teaching Artists in conjunction with the school’s attendance at a Student Matinee on-site at Writers Theatre.

Write On! pairs students and teachers with WT teaching artists to create customizable residencies in classrooms, after school programs, and community-based organizations. WT offers daytime performances for students on select weekdays. Most productions are suitable for grades 7 th and up. Performances are followed by a talkback with the actors. Pop-Up Day Camps
Day-long camps (9am-3pm) that occur on select school holidays and days of non-attendance. Young people ages 8-12 are invited to WT for an imaginative day of artmaking and a backstage tour of the theatre
Spring Break & Summer Camp
Designed to encourage young artists to develop their unique voice, our full-day camps pair hands-on, creative exploration of theatre performance, devising, and design with expert educators in our world-class facility. Each camp ends with a final showcase of the campers’ work.
Wake Up Words Family Playtime
The arts come alive at 11am on select Sundays at Writers Theatre. In each free 60-minute session, we pair a story with a different art form for a short performance and follow it with a hands-on activity for the whole family. Activities are designed with ages 3-7 in mind, but all are welcome, including those under 3 years old.
Family Matinee Series
Going to the theatre just got a little bit easier for parents and caregivers. With our Family Matinee Series, you can catch a Saturday matinee while your young ones engage in active creative play with WT Education’s professional teaching artists at an on-site class. Select Saturdays at 3pm. Ages 5-12.

Wake Up Words Family Playtime
The arts come alive at 11am on select Sundays at Writers Theatre. In each free 60-minute session, we pair a story with a different art form for a short performance and follow it with a hands-on activity for the whole family. Activities are designed with ages 3-7 in mind, but all are welcome, including those under 3 years old.
Family Matinee Series
Going to the theatre just got a little bit easier for parents and caregivers. About the Role:
Working directly with the company’s VP, Program Management and Operations and company leadership, the Associate Director/Director, Program Management, will help drive the execution of one of Click’s core digital therapeutics (DTx) programs. You will be responsible for providing leadership and management to a cross-functional team tasked with delivering a best-in-class DTx to market and ensuring its success on the market. You will oversee efficient advancement of a core asset through Click’s proprietary pipeline progression system and provide program management capabilities to ensure success of the program on time and on budget. Identify and problem solve program issues, including those related to timing, resources, and gating items, to prevent delays in program milestones. When required, step in to fill open gaps to keep programs moving forward effectively.
Gather stakeholder feedback and participate in cross-program learning meetings to support operational excellence initiatives; communicate and implement operational changes and best practices across the program.

Qualifications:

We’re looking for a Director of Product Management who is passionate about growing a team of talented product managers creating products that improve health outcomes for patients. You’ll lead a team that works closely with design, engineering, and science to develop digital therapeutics that address health conditions millions of people live with every day. About the Role:
We’re looking for a Director of Product Management who is passionate about growing a team of talented product managers creating products that improve health outcomes for patients. You’ll lead a team that works closely with design, engineering, and science to develop digital therapeutics that address health conditions millions of people live with every day. The Scientific Manager, Schizophrenia role will be a member of the Science team at Click. About the Role:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the execution of Click’s business development strategy. Business development plays a critical role in the strategic growth of Click by leading partnering initiatives and executing various types of transactions to shape our pipeline and enable our programs to reach patients. THE POSITION
The Director of Finance and Administration will manage the financial, human resources and administrative activities of The Fisher Center. This newly created position will report to the Chief Operating Officer and work collaboratively across the senior staff and the entire organization, providing hads on management for finance, human resources, administration and information systems ensuring greater cohesion, communication and transparency between The Fisher Center’s administrative operations and programs, while maintaining close working relationships with the Bard Controller’s Office and Human Resources Office to ensure efficient and effective management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Director of Finance and Administration will have ongoing responsibility for the following:
Finance
Manage the day to day financial function of The Fisher Center, including but not limited to: -Work with the COO, Artistic Director/Chief Executive, and Department Heads to manage the annual budget process across; manage its assembly for review by Bard’s CFO and the Advisory Board; -Provide proactive and regular financial information to the COO and Artistic Director/Chief Executive to ensure the understanding of the financial implications of The Fisher Center’s programmatic decisions; -Manage fiscal year reconciliation with Bard’s general ledger; -Prepare P&L reports and accompanying narratives for board meetings; -Assist in creation of budgets for grant proposals and final reports; -Oversee A/P and A/R across all departments; maintain accurate and ongoing cashflow assessments to better forecast vendor/payment priorities and work with Bard Finance on check release schedule; -Oversee corporate card expense reconciliation; -Coordinate payment priorities across all departments; -In coordination with Bard Finance, monitor and manage The Fisher Center’s endowment portfolio.
Human Resources
With the support of Bard HR and in consultation with the COO, develop more streamlined HR policies and payroll systems across the organization acting as an advocate for staff and be prepared to translate Bard’s policies, when appropriate: -With the COO, develop consistent hiring procedures, performance review, and exit interview processes across The Fisher Center and maintain equitable pay scales across departments; -With Bard HR coordination and approval, oversee drafting job descriptions and finalizing hire letters; -Oversee on-boarding paperwork for casual hourly, seasonal, and full-time hires; -Support departments with trouble-shooting employee paperwork/timesheet; -With the COO, address personnel issues as they arise; liaising with Bard HR and Title IX offices as necessary.
Administration and Information Systems
Work as a conduit and facilitator for greater transparency and sharing of resources across the organization, including but not limited to the following: -Coordinate building usage/ resources between academic programs, facilities management and Fisher Center professional programs; -Contract Management: -Draft and maintain template agreements, amend as necessary, manage equitable and consistent contract execution across programs -With the ED, review contracts for non-artistic independent contractors; forward to Controller’s office as needed; -Develop outside rental policies and procedures for the FC and Spiegeltent with the COO; -Attend weekly planning, production, and staff meetings and lead supplemental operations meetings as necessary; -Coordinate annual and special events alcohol licensing; -Support ongoing efforts to strengthen and integrate information systems; working collaboratively with the organization and the IT department to assess ongoing system needs, share information, and clearly communicate recommendations; -Assist the COO and Artistic Director/Chief Executive with special projects as they arise, i.e capital needs assessment of the Fisher Center, new building planning.

Purpose: The Silkroad Internship Program is a five-month professional development experience designed to prepare emerging arts professionals of color with fluency in non-profit arts administration and leadership. The Silkroad Education Programs Intern will work closely with the Strategic Partnerships & Impact Director, providing support across the organization’s educational programs and acting as a key facilitator in residency planning and social impact programming. The Washington Area Bicyclist Association (WABA) is looking for passionate and energetic professional trail champions with a wide range of skills and experiences for our permanent Trail Ranger Team . We are looking to hire five dependable and thoughtful people who can grow into their roles. Beyond this, there is not a standard job history, experience of biking, years of experience or skills set that made previous Trail Rangers successful. These positions are expected to begin January 18th, 2022. Pay will be $45,760 annual salary, and benefits. These positions are permanent full-time opportunities, with five day, 8 hour per shift work weeks. A standard work week will be either Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday for individual staff.
