Basic Function
Responsible for assisting in all activities of the athletics development/Cowboy Joe Club, development of fundraising programs and collection of gifts.
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinates the solicitation, cultivation, stewardship, and donor relations, including fund drives, for designated areas/counties.
Coordinates all game day parking for football and basketball and assists in the priority point allocation for parking.
Manages the Seatback Program including coordination of installation and removal. Works with Ticket Office on sales and auditing.
Participates in Cowboy Joe Club Board of Directors meetings.
Assists in the coordination of all fundraising activities.
Maintains thorough knowledge of and adheres to all applicable University, conference and NCAA rules and regulations.
Assists with other duties/projects as assigned/directed.
Assists with premium seating
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 1-2 years of college athletic fundraising experience (internships may be included) or relatable experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Higher Education setting
2+ years of Athletic Development Experience
