Important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manages the Business & Community Education Operations staff and center.
Maintains, assesses and improves various software systems.
Provides continuous process improvement strategies to support programs, student services and data management.
Provides support to the Economic and Workforce Development Program and grants.
Compiles information for the Director, programming, promotions and sales professionals.
Oversees and implements all training, updates, and Standard Operating Procedures for the continuing education software, Lumens.
Oversees budget preparation and fiscal monitoring.
Supports the increase in registrations, class offerings and contracts.
Ensures continuity of workplace advancement and life & leisure course offerings.
Partners and consults with the PR & Marketing department on promotional strategies.
Collects, compiles and safeguards confidential information.
Prepares and delivers data reports to the internal and external entities such as MIS, VFA and NCCBP.
Approves and signs leave forms and timesheets for staff and instructors.
Gathers, systematizes, and manages program’s routine activities, such as tabulating evaluations, contacting instructors to schedule upcoming sessions, etc.
Decision-making regarding the running or canceling of classes/events and contacting participants.
Supports continuing education facility room management scheduling and coordination.
Supervises and/or directs office personnel to ensure accurate completion of requisitions, billing requests of Open Enrollment and Grant Funded training, and course lists.
Participates in campus committees as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Unless otherwise approved under Hawkeye’s remote work policy, regular on campus and/or onsite attendance is considered an essential function of the position.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in business, education or related technical area and three (3) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience to total seven (7) years.
Demonstrated experience in program administration.
Demonstrated working knowledge in the coordination and reconciliation of budgets.
Demonstrated experience in data analysis.
Must possess a current driver’s license valid in the State of Iowa and a driving record insurable by the College’s insurer.
Demonstrated ability to travel to and from work sites and meetings, day and evenings.
Demonstrated ability to work with a culturally diverse student population, faculty, staff, and the general public.
Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal communication.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Google applications, and video conferencing technology.

Anticipated schedule is Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with potential for occasional evening and weekend hours.
Work is performed either in or a combination of an office setting and/or classroom setting using technology. Requires good hand-eye coordination including visual acuity to use a keyboard and read technical information; arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp. Job Purpose
Institutional Research Data Architect designs systems for and manages complex data to support the data-driven decision-making functions of the institution. This position serves to support the Office of Institutional Research in providing a first-class reporting structure for national and state accountability reporting including IPEDS and SC CHE . The Office of Institutional Research serves a critical function for the College of Charleston in providing data to senior administrators, the College community, and external agencies.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, mathematics/statistics, engineering, management information science, data processing or related field and experience with Tableau, Cognos/Argos, SQL , and/or SAS is required. Experience with data mining, including techniques of data extraction, documentation, analysis, and reporting is required. Experience working in a higher education environment is preferred. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Required:
Experience with Tableau, Cognos/Argos, SQL , and/or SAS . Advanced SAS programming experience is preferred.
Working knowledge and practitioner of methods and techniques of data extraction, documentation, analysis, and reporting.
Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
Knowledge and understanding of the data and information that is important to an academic institution.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and to communicate effectively.
Must be able to work well under strict deadlines and have exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must understand the significance of maintaining data integrity and confidentially with student records; knowledge of and adherence to FERPA regulations.
Preferred:
Exceptional organizational skills and experience managing and documenting complex projects.
Knowledge of higher education information systems such as Ellucian Banner and related data systems and repositories such as Salesforce, IPEDS , US News, and CSRDE .

Essential Job Functions
Important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manages a portfolio of businesses ensuring a standard for successful relationship maintenance is achieved through responsiveness to ensure their unique workforce training objectives are met; and Hawkeye Community College is the preferred training provider.
Provides consultation and assessment services to evaluate business needs and develop solutions.
Facilitates training sessions, conferences, events, and other professional development opportunities.
Monitors business feedback after training to ensure training objectives are met.
Recruits and hires independent contractors and adjunct instructors that offer planning, coordination, and development of training topics.
Develops and implements marketing strategies to include print, digital, and social media.
Prepares professional documents including contracts, proposals, and agreements. Determines pay rates and invoicing costs.
Serves as the administrator for Salesforce CRM to manage business accounts, training sales, reporting, and related documents.
Refers and assists eligible businesses to apply for grant funds. Answers questions, ensures documentation meets State compliance and advises as grants mature.
Responds to referrals and inquiries for training solutions seeking to gain a service opportunity, as applicable.
Reviews and works within a department budget. Approves invoices to be paid and reimbursement requests for grant funding.
Participates in internal and external campus committees and advisory boards as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Unless otherwise approved under Hawkeye’s remote work policy, regular on-campus and/or onsite attendance is considered an essential function of the position.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, social/behavioral sciences, or related field and two (2) years of directly related work experience OR a combination of education and experience to total six (6) years.
Knowledge of training topics, state and federal regulations, and mandatory requirements.
Knowledge of statewide economic development programs and related legislation to guide and educate businesses.
Knowledge of various business industries and related training requirements.
Ability to travel to and from work sites and meetings, days and evenings.
Demonstrated ability to work with a culturally diverse student population, faculty, staff, and the general public.
Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal communication.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Google applications, and video conferencing technology.

Job Purpose
The Data and Reporting Analyst develops reports and processes to summarize prospective student and applicant information to facilitate data-informed enrollment management and marketing decisions within the College of Charleston’s Enrollment Planning division. Primary job duties include report development, data management, end user training, and process documentation. This role is collaborative with the Office of Admissions, University Marketing, and multiple other College stakeholder groups to support achievement of the College’s enrollment planning goals.
Minimum Requirements
College degree from an accredited university in the field of data science, business, higher education, or a related discipline is strongly preferred. Alternatively, a high school diploma and at least two years of direct work experience is minimally required. Position Summary
The Program Coordinator will join a high-performing team to help ensure Resolution’s achievement of key objectives, specifically contributing to Resolution’s mission by supporting Resolution Fellows throughout the Fellowship lifecycle.
This is a new role working closely with both Assistant Directors of Programs to provide administrative support to Fellows as they onboard onto the program and facilitate access to venture-related, professional resources, opportunities, and educational engagement. The Program Coordinator will also be responsible for key data management tasks and helping to draft content and resources for Resolution’s global audience. This staff member will both support ongoing projects in existing systems and have opportunities to build out new structures.
The candidate must have a flexible schedule, be prepared to join meetings and conference calls earlier and later than regular business hours – including some weekends – with appropriate compensation and/or schedule adjustments, and be willing to occasionally travel when it is safe to do so.
Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with professional staff, Fellows, and volunteers to support programmatic goals and organizational growth as follows:
Fellow Relations
Serve as a primary point of contact and support for Resolution Fellows.
Coordinate and run Fellow Orientation calls to help new Fellows acclimate to the program.
Coordinate the initial introductions between Fellows and their volunteer mentors, whom we call Guides.
Provide administrative support to Fellows transitioning through various stages of the Fellowship, including Community Member and Subsequent Social Enterprise Fellows.
Fellow Opportunities and Resources Support
Draft Fellow recommendation letters and nominations for external opportunities.
Help Fellows access information by updating and enhancing the Resolution Resource Platform website, working alongside the Program Associate.
Assist the Program Associate with maintaining Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook community, LinkedIn groups, and Community Platforms by posting opportunities and events, answering requests, and sharing resources.
Provide logistical support for Resolution’s Accelerating Impact Challenge.
Update and maintain records in Salesforce, generating reports, updating the website for newly cleared Fellows, and tracking in all relevant documents.
Event and Initiatives
Schedule office hours (accessible online meetings with Subject Matter Experts) with multiple corporate partners for Fellows alongside the Assistant Director of Programs.
Engage with the Fellow community, including organizing occasional in-person and virtual events focused on educational engagement, sending reminders and notes, supporting logistics, and tracking attendance for reporting.
Help schedule and provide logistical support to speakers, panelists, partner attendees, and guests for in-person and virtual events.
Edit video content from existing event/initiative recordings for Resolution’s internal YouTube page and social media platforms.
Program Team Support
Coordination related to scheduling calls, setting up meetings, and, as needed, drafting agendas and taking meeting notes.
Work with the Program team to ensure effective data management.
Draft content for the monthly Resolution Community newsletter.
Other programmatic and general office administrative tasks as needed.

Position Summary
The Program Coordinator will join a high-performing team to help ensure Resolution’s achievement of key objectives, specifically contributing to Resolution’s mission by supporting Resolution Fellows throughout the Fellowship lifecycle.
This is a new role working closely with both Assistant Directors of Programs to provide administrative support to Fellows as they onboard onto the program and facilitate access to venture-related, professional resources, opportunities, and educational engagement. The Program Coordinator will also be responsible for key data management tasks and helping to draft content and resources for Resolution’s global audience. This staff member will both support ongoing projects in existing systems and have opportunities to build out new structures.

America Needs You - Illinois was launched in 2015. The Illinois program includes 12 Saturday workshops and several additional transfer support sessions and program events per year. This local site delivers professional development workshops to two classes, currently totaling 70 Fellows, with the goal to grow to 200 (ambitious, first-generation college students) and their Mentor Coaches (accomplished young professionals). The Illinois team works with National staff on curriculum design and development, provides holistic, career services support to Fellows and recruits a new class of Fellows and Mentor Coaches each year.
The Illinois Program Manager will work with the Illinois Executive Director and manage 1 Career Success Coordinator to ensure the successful implementation of the ANY-IL program and to help manage and cultivate stakeholder relationships. The Program Manager assists the Executive Director with fundraising and special initiatives and events and helps ensure quality and consistency of the program’s services and deliverables. The Program Manager serves as the liaison with the Associate Board and leads Mentor Coach Recruitment. The Program Manager helps develop and maintain formal partnerships with colleges, universities, and corporations with the aim of securing recruitment and in-kind support. The Program Manager also works with the Career Success Coordinator to oversee case management and internship support for Fellows and Mentor Coaches. Position Description
America Needs You - Illinois was launched in 2015. The Illinois program includes 12 Saturday workshops and several additional transfer support sessions and program events per year. This local site delivers professional development workshops to two classes, currently totaling 70 Fellows, with the goal to grow to 200 (ambitious, first-generation college students) and their Mentor Coaches (accomplished young professionals). The Illinois team works with National staff on curriculum design and development, provides holistic, career services support to Fellows and recruits a new class of Fellows and Mentor Coaches each year.
The Illinois Program Manager will work with the Illinois Executive Director and manage 1 Career Success Coordinator to ensure the successful implementation of the ANY-IL program and to help manage and cultivate stakeholder relationships. The Program Manager assists the Executive Director with fundraising and special initiatives and events and helps ensure quality and consistency of the program’s services and deliverables. The Program Manager serves as the liaison with the Associate Board and leads Mentor Coach Recruitment. The Program Manager helps develop and maintain formal partnerships with colleges, universities, and corporations with the aim of securing recruitment and in-kind support. The Program Manager also works with the Career Success Coordinator to oversee case management and internship support for Fellows and Mentor Coaches. This role reports directly to the Illinois Executive Director.
Responsibilities include:
Work with the Career Success Coordinators and Executive Director to oversee logistics and operations to ensure Saturday workshops and other program events (1) run smoothly, (2) create a positive and challenging learning environment for Fellows and Mentor Coaches, and (3) provide an engaging experience for visitors and guests
Manage the IL program calendar and work with national staff to ensure program consistency and quality
Facilitate at Saturday workshops
Oversee the recruitment, training and management of Fellows and volunteers, including application and selection, onboarding, matching, program tracking, and dismissals/rematching
Oversee case management services offered to Fellows and Mentor Coaches
Manage staff to ensure consistent data, program tracking, survey distribution and collection, and Salesforce utilization
Collaborate with the Executive Director on local development and fundraising; engage alumni and supporters
Oversee Mentor Coach Recruitment
Oversee the local alumni tracking and alumni support services
Assist in the management of strategic partnerships to secure internships and volunteers, as well as connect Fellows to community resources
Assist in the marketing of the program to key constituents and ensure the website, social media accounts and collateral materials are current and engaging
Manage the Illinois Associate Board
Ensure effective utilization of the Illinois program team budget resources and identify new in-kind support opportunities
Additional projects and duties as determined by the Illinois Executive Director
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required
2-3 years of managerial experience supervising a team is preferred
Strong background in career development and/or mentoring, and experience teaching or training youth and adults (experience working with college-aged youth preferred)
Knowledge of Illinois’ educational, civic and philanthropic landscape
Excellent project management skills and comfort balancing multiple priorities and deliverables effectively

The Finance Associate, working closely with the Director of Finance, supports many aspects of Resolution Project’s financial activities, including maintaining accurate financial records of accounts payables and receivables, assisting with reporting, and upholding Resolution Project’s financial systems and processes. The Finance Associate, working closely with the Director of Finance, supports many aspects of Resolution Project’s financial activities, including maintaining accurate financial records of accounts payables and receivables, assisting with reporting, and upholding Resolution Project’s financial systems and processes. The Finance Associate is an extremely detail-oriented person, is adaptable, has great time management skills, and is able to communicate the systems and processes to staff with less familiarity with organizational financial matters. The candidate must have a flexible schedule, be prepared to join meetings and conference calls earlier and later than regular business hours – including some weekends, with appropriate compensation, and be willing to occasionally travel.
Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with organizational leadership, professional staff, and volunteers to support the smooth processing of finance functions as follows:
Assist the Director of Finance with month-end and year-end close by ensuring timely and accurate financial data entry, reconciliation, and review.
Assist with implementing and maintaining accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls, and the accurate allocation of expenses to proper accounts and functional categories.
Payables: Process invoices for payment and approval via expense management system; maintain vendor information, w9s, tax exemptions, 1099s.
Receivables: Support revenue entry and reconciliation with the Development team to ensure the accuracy of Quickbooks information.
Support grant reporting by assisting with grant or project budgets and reports.
Support in the annual budget development process.
Support preparation for annual audit, IRS form 990, and other required filings.
Support in maintaining state filings.
Ensure proper approval and documentation of expenditures; maintain a digital filing system of records to keep information easily accessible.
And other related duties, as requested.
Qualifications
2+ years of nonprofit experience in finance functions, including accounts payable and reconciliations.
Extremely organized with meticulous attention to detail and follow through.
Ability to both work well independently and ask questions to seek support and points of escalation when needed.
High level of professional written and verbal communication with good interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information about financials, donors, team members, Resolution Fellows, methodologies, etc. with discretion and good judgment.
Experience using Quickbooks or similar accounting software.
