As the Real Property Assistant, you will be supporting the Real Property Services Team navigate all land management activities with prompt and thorough customer service.
Responsibilities:
Determines and implements necessary steps to clear titles of purchased properties, prepares the required legal instruments and correspondence documenting right-of-way acquisitions, researches right-of-way history and other property data, responds to public inquiries; prepares and maintains files and records to properly manage county property and assists in the preparation of staff reports, resolutions, ordinance, easements, leases, and other documents relating to management of county property.

Salary Grade: Local 17 Engineers.200 ($19.54 - $24.91) per hour
