Program Development Advanced Analyst (#1420374)

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Program Development Advanced Analyst to support our Huntsville, AL location.

The candidate will provide technical and administrative support to Missile Defense Test Chief Engineer for multiple flight tests.

Duties Include:

• Coordinate with Engineering Test Objectives Team and MDA Test Execution Team on test objectives and assigned assets to ensure strategic use of agency resources in pursuit of Hyperglide goals
• Prepare engineering assessments and other chart packages in support of the MDA Flight Test and Ground Test CONOPS
• Coordinate on Ground Test plans and Wargames & Exercises objectives to ensure accurate presentation to the Ground Test and Warfighter communities
• Interface with the Warfighter community on operational CONOPS development

Required Skills/Experience:

• Exceptional work history
• Demonstrated ability to work independently from high-level guidance
• Experience with MDA Flight Test and/or Software Ground Test
• Exceptional communication skills
• Travel: Up to 5%
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:

• MA/MS required (Math, Engineering, or Related Science Degree)
• 10 years experience in weapon system development and systems engineering that supports responsibilities depicted in the job description

Physical Job Requirements:

• Ability to report to Redstone Arsenal within VB-2.

Desired Skills:

•  Top Secret Clearance Related EO/IR and/or Model and Simulation development experience
