We are currently hiring a Store Team Leader and are searching for someone that can share store operational responsibilities with the Manager, Assist Manager and other Team Leaders. We are looking for someone that treats others with dignity and respect, offers great customer service and puts people first, like we do!
The Store Team Leader will report to the Store Manager and help supervise the operations of the store and maintain an attractive sales floor. The individual will have to be familiar with point-of-sale systems and computer systems. Customer service, both internally and externally will be important in this position, as you will assist in training new employees and handle customer care for shoppers and donors as needed. Lastly, the Store Team Leader will have to help ensure a safe working environment for all and follow policies and procedures.
