FLORIDA GET OUT THE VOTE DIRECTOR - 2020 CYCLE POSITION

America Votes Florida is seeking a well-organized self-starter for the 2020 election cycle as a full-time position as Get Out The Vote Director. The Florida Get Out The Vote Director plays a key role in the advancement of the progressive movement in the state, including supporting the growth, strategy, and effectiveness of coalition direct voter contact programs. The Get Out The Vote Director will lead the America Votes Coalition partners and their planning and program implementation for the final phase of the 2020 electoral campaign. We seek an individual with a combination of technical and political skills to join the growing team to manage these services and work with state partner groups and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with the ability to forge strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, and a commitment to fostering trust and respect with partner organizations. This position will also support program implementation and reporting across the state coalition, including working directly with America Votes partners and allies in the state to facilitate best practices and the incorporation of research-tested tactics. This position reports to the State Director.
