We’re hiring and are looking to connect with you to help us deliver exceptional customer service experiences as a Bilingual Healthcare Licensed Insurance Agent - Spanish with TTEC in Rockledge, Florida. TTEC is offering you the chance to gain your license all on us.

COVID-19 Note: During the pandemic, all our TTEC Rockledge employees are working from home. Therefore, all applications and interviews are virtual. To facilitate the short-term remote new hire orientation and training environment for new hires, we are prioritizing those individuals with their own Windows-based PC and high-speed internet.  Because of this, after you apply, you will be sent an email inviting you to take what we lovingly call the Initial Systems Assessment (or ISA).  This checks your system for compatibility to ours.  When we are able to return to normal operations, this will also shift from a work from home environment back to our location.  Not having your own PC does not disqualify you from the job, but we may have to wait to start you until we return to normal operations.

Upon successful completion of the State Exam and receipt of your State License, you will be considered for employment as a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent to provide sales support for the customers of a nationally-recognized health insurance organization.  This is a free course to you required to be eligible for the license insurance agent role… and this means you will earn a higher wage than for our customer service representatives.  The time in the course is your only investment in this long-term growth opportunity for yourself and your family.

What You’ll be Doing

Whether it's getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on health-related products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.  We'll train you to be a subject matter expert in your field, so you can be confident in providing the highest level of service possible. Once you become a Healthcare Licensed Insurance Agent, on a typical day, you’ll

  • Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services and best solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs
  • Be providing full lifecycle customer service and sales where you could accept inbound or might be calling out to provide follow up
  • Open and maintain customer accounts and information
  • Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner
  • Resolve customer technical issues with patience and understanding
  • Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services
