We are looking for: Experienced Business Analyst with solid Java knowledge and some hands on development experience in a global, highly complex system landscape with the passion to drive significant business outcomes through technical skills and business acumen

How you’ll make your mark:
• You will be driving business relationship end engage in understanding business processes to provide solutions on java based pricing applications
• You will foster an environment that drives performance and quality in the areas of customer satisfaction, knowledge creations, technical expertise and process improvement
• You will ensure IT solutions are meeting or exceeding business expectations on given requirements
• You will analyze and commit deliverables for the requirements on various projects
• You will be responsible to provide solutions and prepare design for the given applications
• You will drive the development by engaging development teams to have deliverables on timely fashion
• You will pay strong attention to detail with the ability to identify gaps provide sustainable solutions
• You will be subject matter expert on given applications and supporting business processes
• You will recommend and implement E2E life cycle of projects by working closely with IT and Business teams
• You will understand and represent Pricing function of the new requirements design to check supportability/scalability/performance on given application

About You:
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and at least 5+ years of experience in the field or in a related area
• You have key skills in understanding SAP system integrations. SQL queries and Store procedures will be a plus
• You have 5+ years’ experience as business analyst with strong understanding of Java and other technology.
• You have experience in some hands on Java development of backend/ front end technologies
• You have strong problem solving and analytical skills, proactive and go-getter
• You have a good grasp of industry best practices in enterprise-class software development, agile methodology using of Jira
• You have experience with marketing, ecommerce, CPQ and Order management business value chain will be a plus
• You have knowledge in middleware integration such as Addison, Kafka, SDI, Snap logic will be a plus.
