PeopleTec is looking for Basic Test Engineers- DTD, DTF, GMT, & THT to support the MDA TEAMS Next-Test contract in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will perform a variety of engineering tasks to assist with Missile Defense System (MDS) design, performance and testing.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Ability to provide test engineering support with general supervision on complex systems during developmental and operational test events including flight, ground, cyber, exercises & wargames, hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL), and operational environments.
• Capable of assisting with implementing the System, Component, Element, and/or qualification testing.
• Possesses basic technical and theoretical knowledge of the DoD principles of developmental and operational testing
• Possess basic knowledge in system engineering
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures to solve planning, integration, execution, and analysis problems
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple organizations, verbally, electronically, and in writing
• Possess knowledge, skills, and abilities with operational and developmental program engineering
• Travel: Up to 35%
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field)

Desired Skills:

• Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
• Experience with DoD test processes, test support, and/or test execution desired
