We are hiring Intermediate Test Analysts- BCT, DTD, DTF, DTG, DTP, DTR, DTY, DVS, GMT, SNT, TCT, & THT in support of the MDA TEAMS Next-Test contract in Huntsville, AL. In this role you will provide test and evaluation support to missile defense programs.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Capable of working independently and as a team member to assist with solving complex problems involving test planning, integration, execution, and analysis
• Ability to provide planning, monitoring, acquisition, and implementation support for complex systems
• Possess knowledge, skills, and abilities with operational and developmental program analysis
• Ability to utilize, adapt, and develop analytical techniques and processes for technical and administrative support activities
• Ability to establish priorities and manage planning and readiness activities of the Missile Defense System (MDS) test events IAW approved issuances (e.g., CONOPS)
• Ability to participate in concept planning; design and development; integration, testing, and verification at the MDS System, Element or Component level
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple organizations, verbally, electronically, and in writing
• Possess the ability to identify and resolve significant technical matters
• Travel: Up to 35%
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:

BA/BS in with 7 years relevant experience is required. Three years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for the BA/BS degree requirement.

Desired Skills:

• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• Experience with DoD test processes, test support, and/or test execution desired
