Theater Air and Missile Defense Manager (#1846451*)

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Theater Air and Missile Defense Manager to support our CENTCOM operations in

MacDill Air Force Base, Florida.

The candidate will Provides senior-level support to USCENTCOM operation and exercises, including national assets and well as those from the U.S. services and our allies. Additionally, the candidate will provide oversight and line management for all Team AMERICAN SYSTEMS staff supporting the USCENTCOM CCJ3 Command and Control Divisions TAMD Branch.

Duties Include:

• Conduct air and missile defense planning for contingency and steady state CONPLAN/ OPLAN development and updates utilizing current and emerging U.S. and partner technologies. This support requires 24/7 and/or surge support on an occasional basis
• The candidate will have specific experience developing, analyzing and evaluating detailed plans, goals, and objectives for USCENTCOM Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) and Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) plans in support of current and future operations
• Conduct planning to support CONPLAN/OPLANs
• Support Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) strategy, policy, governance, and staff/resolve issues
• Facilitate working groups
• Communicate effectively when advising the USCENTCOM Commander on strategic and regional BMD issues, requirements, and force management
• Develop orders, analyses, estimates, and briefings for USCENTCOM leadership and primary staff

Required Skills/Experience:

• Ability to securely handle/safeguard classified information
• 5-8+ Years relevant work experience - Experience with high-level military staff briefing and action items
• Highly experienced with Microsoft Office O365 products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and is required to have high level public speaking abilities
• Must be available for travel to both domestic and international locations (Qatar); no combat zone travel is authorized on this contract
• Ability to support a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• Ability to cross-train on other OES positions and support for short duration surge/contingency
• Travel: 10%
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:

4 Year College Degree and 5 to 8 years of experience or 4 Years additional experience in lieu of a college.
