The Coordinator of Advancement Services is responsible for assisting and supporting both the Data Management and Gift Records teams within Advancement Services. This position will be responsible for updating and maintaining constituent records with data received through multiple channels. This position will use critical and independent thinking to be proactive in seeking out ways to improve the quality and accuracy of the data. Additionally, this position will be asked to assist the Gift Records team with various projects that ensure best practices for record keeping and data entry. Associate’s degree or minimum of one to two years experience in advancement services, preferably in a college or university setting. The position is open until filled.
