The Bilingual Customer Success Specialist is the primary customer service representative responsible for managing consumer accounts while operating within the strict requirements of our clients as a member of the Collection Team. This position maintains a positive relationship with the consumer(s) in order to generate revenue for the company. This position operates under strict guidelines and high expectations for meeting key performance indicators in a fast-paced work environment.

Core Functions:

  • Must adhere to all Fair Debt Collection Practices Act regulations as well as applicable state regulations
  • Establishes and maintains professional relationships with consumers and team members
  • Maintains inbound and outbound collection communications within client deadlines and requirements

Benefits & Compensation:

  • $18/Hour base pay + commission driven by performance

  • Annual salary can range from $50,000-$80,000 or more depending on YOUR performance!

Job Qualifications:

Education, Formal Training or Certificates:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required


  • 1-year customer service experience required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Type +45 WPM
  • Bilingual required - Spanish preferred
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday with some Saturday availability required
    • 9-5:30pm shift
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform tasks in a high-stress environment
  • Maintains a high degree of attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate and troubleshoot complicated tasks
  • Ability to demonstrate competency to improve process
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs

Working Environment:

  • Majority of this position will be in a professional office environment
  • Sitting 80%, Standing/Walking 20%
  • Will type, write, use finger dexterity, talk, hear, and see (up close and moderate distances) as a normal part of job duties
