ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Develop customer relationships through personal marketing and networking efforts by targeting and soliciting loan deals outside of PointBank premises to meet personal production and overall bank goals. Cross sell all bank products and services, relying on experience and judgment to accomplish goals.
• Obtain all required documentation from the customer to perform credit and underwriting analysis needed to prepare a loan presentation in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Present loan presentation to the Officers Loan Committee for approval.
• Ensure that approved loans are processed, closed and funded in an expeditious manner.
• Monitor loan maturity report and prepare renewals if needed.
• Monitor past-due loan report and call customer for payment.
• Monitor loan exception reports and make contact with customers for the collection of new/current financial information.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and/or 4+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• This position is classified as Exempt under the Outside Sales Exemption of the FLSA.
