This role is responsible for leading, managing and coordinating strategic projects and programs in collaboration with a team of colleagues focused on the organizations Community Affairs strategy. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, managing an entire project life cycle, managing programs, coordinating all project communications, collaborating internally with various teams and working directly with the community-at-large.
Community Outreach Program Manager, Employee Outreach will be responsible for leading and growing the employee volunteerism and outreach programs for the organization including paid days of service, volunteer opportunities, mentorship and micro-volunteering events, overseeing all aspects of software platform, program, engagement and recognition, work closely with community partners to establish new opportunities, establish and maintain internal relationships & external community partnerships.
